The food was good, the atmosphere was great. Half and half service. The guy who served us made us wait for a good 20 minutes even though there were plenty of seats. He didn't seem to understand what was happening. Then someone else from the staff came and everything was fine. Large portions and generally very tasty.

Got Deliverd from DoorDash, Been going there off & on for years, around a year ago got food there that made me very sick, never had a problem before that, ate there spareingley after, however today is the last time for good, got the Classic Cheeseburger, frinch frys where soggy & burger tasted off a bit should have just been smart & put it in the trash, all was fine tell 2 hours after then the fun started,out the top & bottom to put it nicely. was bad or spoiled food, NEVER again, beware. if you want to get sick, this is the place to go, used to be good but not no more & and the price went from $10.99 to $17.99 for a plan burger & frys. I know everything went up everywhere but not almost dubble. Avoid if you dont want to spend the rest of the day in the bathroom.

There was grunge in the bottom of my draft beer the bartender said that's the way that draft beer is. I think not. I ordered the 1599 all you can eat riblets nuggets and shrimp. They were awful

Easy 5 Stars. Clean restaurant, friendly staff and the best fried chicken sandwich I've had in a long time. Wife and teenage son enjoyed their dinners also. Nancy W. was the perfect waitress. Super friendly, attentive, great recommendations on the food. This Applebee's location is definitely on our places to eat when we cross the border for a day in Western New York.
