“Yesterday I enjoyed amazing customer service. Went inside to pick up an online order and the young lady that I encountered was simply amazing. I have rarely encountered such a friendly, happy fast food worker with an engaging smile and customer oriented attitude. Amazing!!! Not to mention that Arby’s always has amazing food and the potato cakes are back!!!!“
“I live in Boston where there are no Arby's close by so when I visit family in NY, we enjoy the classic Arby's Roast Beef sandwiches. The one we go to is near Amherst, NY and it's a nice change from the other fast food chains. I don't know if other locations run daily specials but this location does. For example, on Thursdays, you can buy 3 classic sandwiches for $7 (approximate). Lean beef is healthier than greasy burgers and they carry other menu items that are not available at other fast food restaurants.“
