“Was visiting NY for ten days & happened to stop by this Arby's - it's not often a fast food place has the ability to impress me but this one did. The store was immaculate and the food was good but what really exceeded any expectation was the service. The staff went out of their way to make it enjoyable for my child and they were so kind. They earned a recommendation from me & I wish my local restaurants were more like this one!“
“Yesterday I enjoyed amazing customer service. Went inside to pick up an online order and the young lady that I encountered was simply amazing. I have rarely encountered such a friendly, happy fast food worker with an engaging smile and customer oriented attitude. Amazing!!! Not to mention that Arby’s always has amazing food and the potato cakes are back!!!!“
