Was visiting NY for ten days & happened to stop by this Arby's - it's not often a fast food place has the ability to impress me but this one did. The store was immaculate and the food was good but what really exceeded any expectation was the service. The staff went out of their way to make it enjoyable for my child and they were so kind. They earned a recommendation from me & I wish my local restaurants were more like this one!

Deep fried turkey sandwiches were tops and curly fries great like always.
Was asked if I wanted Arby's sauce and I replied 2 please. Got all the way home and guess what? That's right, no Arby's sauce. The sandwich simply is not the same without the sauce. 2 stars!!
Arby's beef and cheddar classic hits the spot everytime... Great service as always too.

The food was terrible very bad experience the french fries was cold and nasty the sandwich was cold and nasty could not even eat it all a waste of $20 the service was terrible they were hanging out the window I guess they knew the people and were giving them free stuff apple turnovers or cookies just a very bad experience do not recommend going here it's not worth it
