Lady behind the counter was so sweet & helpful when dealing with my grandfather. Food was amazing & staff was super friendly. The whole entire place looked super clean, for a “fast-food” place they’re really on their game.

It's not at all a beef n cheddar. It's a No meat or cheddar. Also got an Italian Beef and the same thing no meat. When you get a customer who works in food industry. Remember all customers should be treated as farely as the others. No matter what the skin color is. Don't like color people here. It's a fact!

Ordered 5 of the New good burgers, curly fries, New strawberry shake. My Son was eating one of his burgers and came to show me the burger that is really disgusting how this burger was not done, the cook should have made sure it was done. Total order was almost $60.00. I was not happy at all.

The customer service was great I would say it was excellent but they wouldn't say "welcome to good burger home of the good burger can I take you order" even after the 6th time they wouldn't say it whatever happen to the saying "the customer is always right" well I ordered the burger and surprise surprise the burger was actually really good a little lettuce forward but it was great 8.5/10

Typical fast food. Service was pretty good though and I got my food quickly(and it was hot!). The only thing I can't stand about this place is the pop. It always tastes horrible. Drive-thru or running in to get the food. It's gross! But, the actual food is good. That's the only reason the food got only 3 stars.
Changing my review on this place. Every time I have gone lately, issues with pricing or not getting advertised deals on website. Plan on spending more than what you thought was a "deal" only to find out when you get there it's only on the app, not the right day, or does not apply. Food is still good overall. I am going to do without Arby's in the future, they need to get their business plan streamlined with what prices they offer and not advertise some price to get you there and then withdraw it or not honor it.
