No ice, No food, no refunds. Went here one time. Tables were disgusting, one lady was arguing about waiting an hour for an order just to get the wrong food, and especially not giving a single person a refund. Why charge someone just to not do work. Big scam if you ask me.

Courtney and team were amazing. I have never seen the restaurant so clean and the employees actually working so hard. Positive experience overall from the gentlemen that took our order to the time we spent enjoying our favorite go to place when pressed for time. My kids and family will be returning !!!

On the rare occasion we stop for food here, there is always an issue. Mostly dealing with missing items. Every time, there are missing items. Now, most recently, a mobile order that even after 45 minutes of waiting, the staff here didn't even start putting it together. Absolute joke of a location, and we will not return. I do not recommend this BK.

If you aren't going through drive through dont bother, they ignore counter while handling the people in cars. I have literally waited over 30m for my counter order and watched as my food was handed to a car order that I know had arrived after me. The horrible attitude you recieve from some employees like you are bothering them as they text on their phones and camp out in the managers office is inexcusable, especially since one of the largest offenders is a manager. Im the most laid back person there is but when there are issues every time you try to order from there its just not worth it...try another BK or anything else really till this place drops the duds and gets its stuff together.

I stopped in at 8am while killing time. The service was ok and the food is BK food, however the place was disgusting! I thought a bus full of kids came through, Garbage was overflowing, tables were gross, stuff all over the floor (ie napkins, receipts, plastic spoons, straw wrappers, etc.), and you might be better off going to a Johnny on the spot at a construction site rather than using their bathroom. Their bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. Keep in mind all this is at 8am, when they open at 7am.
I turned the corner towards the counter and was immediately greeted by Bert with a smile! He was so welcoming and kind! You can tell he really enjoys his job! I’ve never met anyone at a Burger King that has had a positive attitude as great as Bert’s!

This is the only BK in the area that is consistently under staffed and getting orders wrong EVERY time we go. Food is always made wrong or we are missing items. You will also wait forever in drive thru if it is a busier time, not just like 5 minutes, like 15 minutes. Don't bother going inside, it is not better.

Says closes at one but I went there at 11.58pm and nobody is there . And if they are open they always mess my order up atleast half the time if not more. I will change my rating once bk improves if it doesn't rip
