The young lady manager that was here sunday around 11 is absolutely amazing! Every time Im here I see her doing everyone's jobs. This location is severely understaffed. Even tho im sure she is stressed she treats employees and customers with respect and kindness. Service is great, the food was ok but took a while to get resulting in hard buns and cold burgers. It wont deter me from coming back just because of how great tbe service is and the manager.

I literally capped and waited well over 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone not once but five times before hitting 2 to act as if I am checking on a application. For someone from their corporate office named Stacy to say that a authorized manager have to be there to process the refund. I stopped there because my blood sugar was low and thought a quick burger and small drink and cookies would bring up my blood sugar but also keep it stable until I got home. While driving I saw that the cookies where HARD but warmed they look OLD. So I did all that just to get old cookies the cheeseburger was okay, it was hot and freshly made, maw, you could have offered something else if you knew the cookies wasn't fresh. MEDICAL EMERGENCY DISASTER

Again, I came in to order 2 trios. After pulling out from the drive thru I noticed I was short a French fry. Both lines were very long so I had to park and go inside. I am elderly and walk with a cane and have trouble opening doors. You would think someone would be checking to make sure this doesnt happen.

This Burger King restaurant is honestly the worst I’ve ever been to! The food was absolutely disgusting, everything was overcooked, lettuce was gross, the restaurant was very dirty to the point that your shoes stick to the floor!! Honestly I’m not gonna say anything to the manager because it’s a waste of time! Never again, I should have known better!!! 😏

I ordered thru the drive thru and asked for cheese on my whopper and double checked multiple times that my burger had cheese and still no cheese on the burger I mean how hard is it to genuinely listen to and read the customers request. and its crazy everytime I go to this specific burger king they mess up my order somehow. incredibly disgusted with the service and displayment of my order and the workers.

Burt I think his name was works better & faster than all the night shifts combined! All by himself! He gets full credit! The other manager seems to be rude to his employees and he got mad at my friend giving me a free drink like comon you a billion dollar company and you don’t gotta be like that just so rude and unprofessional act like the cup gonna come out your paycheck watch God and Karma get you buddy & whoever else who on that type of negative thinking. Give out to the community, treat people with kindness. Food is well made. Sometimes they take soooo long for no reason…. One worker Burt workers more than 4 workers! And he doing a long shift by himself!!!!! Get like him
