Let’s start where paid 9 bucks for the new burger and never got any brisket! What a joke! The big old lady at night is just plane out rude! Don’t work a job you can’t handle! The fact I didn’t get my brisket at least I got some crunchy onions no extra pickle either idk how she’s still a manager!!! This foods so disappointing I thought about spitting on it for them

The doors are locked, they won’t let us in to pickup our online order! We called this location to let them know we were here to get our food and they HUNG UP ON US! Extremely rude and completely ruined my view of Burger King!

Got halfies, which are supposed to be half onion rings, half fries. Only received 5 onion rings. Got the Viking sundae. It's much smaller than advertised. Also, the other ice cream I ordered in the same cup was way bigger. The employee behind the counter never acknowledged us until we asked about our order after ordering at the kiosk. I received a huge attitude when I asked about the last sundae I ordered, which was mine out of the entire order. My family seemed to be a bother when we all wanted our food and a nice treat for my nieces. I do not recommend going to this Burger King.

I’ve visited this Burger King location several times, but today I came specifically for lunch—and to finally leave a review.
I ordered the new Steakhouse Bacon Whopper (just the sandwich). This burger has potential, but unfortunately, it fell flat. The A1 sauce was barely noticeable—maybe present in 30% of the bites. And while I love A1, lettuce, and tomato on a burger, the combination just doesn’t work here. The tomato especially clashes with the smokiness of the A1 and beef, essentially canceling it out. The result? A burger that could have been great but ended up dry and forgettable. That dryness probably falls on this location specifically.
Now onto the experience. While I was eating, a group of men loudly dropped F-bombs and the n-word at the counter and nearby table. A manager was standing right there with their back turned, doing nothing. Look, if this were a bar, maybe whatever—but this is a family fast food spot. I know BK has policies about this kind of behavior, and silence from management isn’t it. I’m not the one who needs to enforce the rules, but someone should. Choosing to ignore it only hurts the atmosphere and makes the place feel chaotic and unwelcoming.
The only reason this review isn’t 1 star is thanks to the employee who took my order—dude went straight from the register to cleaning tables between orders. That kind of hustle matters, and the place was fairly clean even during the lunch rush. Props to him.
But seriously—almost $9 for that burger? I was excited to try it, and it sucked. 2/10. You do realize you’re competing with Chili’s, Applebee’s, and Smokey Bones, right? They offer solid lunch specials with actual flavor and quality—for the same price I paid for that sad excuse of a burger.
