I went in around 12:25 p.m on a Sunday. It was busy( at that time) that was fine. I ordered it to go.The counter staff ignored that I was standing at the end of the counter where I was told to stand for the to go order. When I finally did order, I was told to wait in my car and they would text me when it was done. Noone texted me. When I went in to see if order was done it was bagged up on the counter. I asked the cashier why noone texted me when it was done. He said that he did not know that they were supposed to. Okay, maybe he was new? I asked for ketchup and onion on both burgers. I got zero ketchup not even on the side. The burger was overcooked and dry. On the good side, the breakfast potatoes were good.

Outstanding Gluten Free cinnamon swirl pancakes..there were other GF options. The garbage plate was amazing... Coffee perfect! Great comfy atmosphere..new regular here

Cool theme and look, but that's where the fun ends. You will never deal with the same person during your visit. The first will seat you. Soon after, someone else takes a drink order. Next up is your waitress. She takes your order. You guessed it, you never see her again. Then the member of staff brings your order to you. (Which, by the way, only took 32 minutes to get 5 breakfasts.) While we waited, not a single person checked in on us for refills.) Ah, here's the food! Yum! Oh, everything is cold on our plates. What a surprise after waiting 30+ minutes. Before we even finished or could ask for anything more, check is dropped off at the table and she scurried away... I assume tips are split. This is a Horrible system for the customers. A waitress or waiter will work extra hard and be extra friendly when working exclusively for the tip, not splitting. This was my third and last time. I wanted to like it, over and over, it's always same poor service.

Food was good place was nice. Fairly small so I saw people waiting a long time. I did not wait to long as I called ahead. I do recommend that. Service was sllllooooowwww. I would however return.

A family favorite for breakfast. Campfire Grill has a great vibe and menu. Super creative and fun seasonally themed pancakes and a variety of Bennysâ my favorite: the salmon.
Giving 2 stars because the food was good but the service is horrendous. Theres a young man Michael, with horribly bleach blonde hair that put me off from the moment we walked in. He told us, a party of 2 that it would be an hour wait, however there were 2 open 2 top tables and no guests waiting to be seated before us. He didnât even offer us to sit at the bar. As we sat at the bar, he sat several guests with parties of 4 or more as The restaurant wasnât busy. There were several highschoolers working, who spent most of the time ignoring Patrons While they talked to each other. One girl working The seated bar area was scratching in her head while running food. When it was time to cash out, Micahel was at the Register and acted like Our request to split the check was an issue and acted as if he didnât want to touch the money out of my hand ( we were blacK)

Really disappointed with this one. The food was great and the menu had interesting options. I would love to try so many more dishes. Unfortunately, every encounter with the staff was terrible. From the host, to the person who took our order to the server; just plain chaos. I understand that this place often has a long wait, but when I came in I was told 45 mins even though there were 4 empty but unbussed tables. I did get a seat at the counter right away, those tables were never bussed the entire time I was there. The person they took my order seemed to never done that before. At the counter I watched the server pull dishes from the window while reaching over the counter, and dipped their sweatshirt in each dish as they were too short and had to lean to reach. Each plate was stamped with the meal before it, plus lint and other things. Yuck! Of course my meal did not come as I ordered it. We were only given one cup of coffee, while seated at the counter! That cup should have never been empty, basic diner 101 stuff. I hope they have some staff training soon.

A hidden gem with delicious and great personality. The campfire potatoes just have such a great flavor loaded with onions upon request. Pancakes are amazing. Service was over the top!!
