The Italian bread was dense and the pastries seemed like they were from frozen. They were so so cold like they’ve been left in the snow. Even the free ones from hotel breakfasts are better. I’m convinced they don’t make the danishes in house and just buy them frozen from somewhere else. Or they make them but they’re just not good. Overpriced too. Sad because the old bakery where this place is now was really good.

Chicaliyah Desserts is an absolute gem! I had the best sweet potato pie since my mom's homemade recipe—rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced. The pound cake was equally outstanding, buttery, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The interior is cozy and inviting, perfect for grabbing a coffee, enjoying a snack, and even breaking out the laptop to get some work done. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for amazing desserts and a great atmosphere!

I let it sit at room temp, which I need to know why they are so cold in the 1st place. Like they were so cold they could've been frozen in the middle. Mind you I went late in the day, so plenty of time to thaw.
It was much too dense and the other pastry I had the icing wasn't great.
