This is not a scratch made bakery, they use fillings from a can, however they do make the pastry dough from scratch. This review is only based on the cheese bear claw, lady locks, and pastry heart. All of the pastry dough is a little more on the dense side, but it was decent. The filling for the lady locks had a general sweetness but not much flavor. The pastry heart was .....meh. the cream cheese bear claw was good but mediocre, there was nothing here that I would come back for. I would prefer a grocery store bakery honestly. If you're looking for delicious scratch made bakeries, you can't go wrong with butter block, or Frost artisan.

Amazing traditional bakery. The rye bread is simply the best in Western New York. The baked goods are simply delicious and so well executed and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
