I love going here. You get a lot of food for the price. Anytime I get a burger and fries of any size, I don't feel hungry for the rest of the evening. Very filling and delicious, with the melding of all the flavors of the toppings on the burger. And the fries are great. I don't understand why people complain. This isn't fast food, it's real food, fast. But there's gonna be a little wait. Which is fine.

The store in Depew always seems to be poorly ran. I called in this evening for a pick up order and the person who picked up the phone said it was the Niagara Falls store. Needless top say I'm starving and didn't wanna deal with jokes.Ive gotten dry rolls, fries that had 10 times the normal amount of salt. I don't complain because I don't want to get spit in my food. The one time I did complain there was a lady manager that gave me a bad attitude.I enjoy the food but its pricey and never the same at this location. Whats the deal? I drove by the store the wasn't a car in the lot. Maybe they didn't want another customer for the night? Im not sure why 5 guys responds it says owner? Isnt this a franchise? This location has turned into a joke. The foods not cheap and the service is the worst. The place has turned into a circus. -Hungry

Five guys is always a good choice. This location was solid. Although the dude taking our order seemed pretty intense. I sensed a WWE vibe but that's okay. Serve me burgers with a side of huge muscles. I'm ready for it.

Stopped in for a medium and large fry to go with dinner on September 1st. Not so friendly service. The guy yelled across the floor you hear to pick up when I replied no. He rolled his eyes and seems I was a bothered just walking in the restaurant. Yeah I know it was a holiday. Thata why I have a 3% tip only. But your also open . Other then that the fries matched well with our chicken dinner and home made Swiss chalet sauce.next time if yhere be another one be kind I was

Put in our order online tonight, arrived when there were only two other customers in the restaurant that were already ordered and waiting. Let them know as soon as I arrived that I was there for my pick up. They relayed the message to their team….. I sat there for 20 minutes as they proceeded to help many other customers and finish their food first when I am still sitting there. Got my food after reminding them Im here for my pick up. Left kinda unhappy about the wait but happy to have my food finally. Got home and found that they didn’t even give me my moneys worth of fries. A small order of fries is all my girlfriend ordered for her dinner and she got a hand-full. Honestly ridiculous. Id rather drive to the other location on Transit next time.

Burgers are great,made to order,fresh! But seriously my family favorite are the fresh cut french fries!!! Never can get too many fries!
Staff was super busy so we waited about 10mins to place an order. This was the first time i ever went to five guys and I would, despite the wait, I would absolutely 💯% go again!! To me the food was absolutely delicious and worth the wait. Service was good once they were able to help us. You could tell the staff had been super busy behind the counter because there was trash left on some tables and the trash bins were overflowing. I would definitely recommend the food without hesitation!!

Food is made to order, so you have to be prepared to wait for your order. That being said, the service was very fast and friendly. Our order was accurate even though they were training several new staff at the time. 😊
