Ribs are the best. Bot spicy hot, just enough sauce. Service is great. I would recommend it.

My brother and I eat here every Saturday. We just love the French dip sandwich. I get the sweet potato fries with it. I eat half while there, and take the rest home for another meal during the week. I've had a few of their other menu options - which are very good... however, Mike and I are addicted to the French Dip (appropriate... French Road, French Pub, French Dip!) He goes there 2 or 3 times during the week all by himself (he's a widower.) He enjoys an alcoholic beverage with his meal. We discovered this place about a year ago - now it is on our regular rotation. The waitresses are always efficient and friendly, the bus boys are even attentive and on the ball. Atmosphere is casual, but clean and welcoming. I can recommend this place without any reservations... ok, bad pun... Try it! Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Love this place! The beer cheese soup is a great starter! Such great flavor and texture. The seasonal menu always has something great to try. Everything comes in a huge portion size - you'll always walk away full! The vibe inside is very "WNY diner". It's comfy and welcoming. We've had some longer waits, I'm assuming due to staffing problems. However, once we've been seated, we've always had good service.

I went for a baby shower, catered meal at French pud on Saturday early afternoon. We had the side room, to the right. They set it up with one long table down the center of the room, and also utilised all the booths. Food menu was eat beef on mini week or plain roll, turkey/ stuffing, lettuce salad with one salad dressing( Italian), penne pasta salad with Italian dressing, oven roasted potatoes with skins on, honey butter carrots. All was delicious. Staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. Alcohol wine punch available to self serve.

French Pub was always a good place to dine and close to home. Last 2trips there were less than fair. Dinner with a cousin, we both ordered pork chop dinner. Very dry chops, no veggie just mashed potatoes and NO APPLESAUCE. Went there again last week. Ordered turkey club….all turkey, one slice of tomato, hardly any lettuce or bacon. My friend ordered a Rueben that was all meat, she couldn’t find the sauerkraut or cheese. So, neighborhood favorite place has changed.
