Good ice cream, bad service. My husband ordered a large twist and the cashier snapped “that’s like a foot of ice cream haha” which was rude, but then another girl came out of the ice cream shop to say “damn you ate all that ice cream already?!” Then crawled back thru the window head first twice!!!! Basically fat shaming my husband. He’s a veteran.

I've never been to a worse ice cream shop in my life. I went at around 8:45 to get ice cream with my cousin. We saw on the insta page that they had lime and raspberry dole whip and were thrilled. When we got there they said they didn't have dole whip today and wouldn't let us sample anything bc two people were behind us. My friend met us up there and got a cherry dipped cone and it was chunky and in a dish. They said they were low and then gave us another one (we asked for it in a cone) and it was in a dish. Workers were nasty and rude. The ice cream was terrible and we all threw ours out. Get better service. Additionally, they claim they are good with allergies and want everyone to be able to enjoy but don't have separate toppings for allergy orders like mine.

The best ice cream I’ve ever had!!!! The price is affordable, spend five dollars n you’ll get two scoops of huuuuge ice cream!! (Though it’s too much for me, I can never just buy one scoop.) I can literally walk one hr every day just to have this, n even want to apply the job so I can have free ice cream everyday:))) the ingredients inside are authentic, if you got orange pineapple, it rlly have so much pineapple in it. If you don’t like something too sweet, try kahlua almonds. That’s my favorite flavor!!! I’ve been here couple months ago, n I already become a fan of it!!!!?the workers here are rlly nice too, they always have smiles on their face n never get impatient when i need time to consider about the flavor.(since it has soooo many!!!) Never wrote comments on google map before, but I need EVERYONE to try this before you leave buffalo:))))
