I was there on Saturday with my Sister she was telling me how good the pot pies are I wanted to try it, I can't have black pepper because I am allergic to it. I asked the woman at the counter does it have black pepper in it, she said she don't know I asked her can she check for me? She never went to go and check just stood there cleaning the trays. I asked the cashier if he could check for me, he didn't even check for me either that's bad business and a shame. I did purchase one pot pie for my Husband cause he wanted to try one himself. As far as those workers all they both had to do was check it out for black pepper, how hard is that to do? I felt mistreated.

Our order was rung at 3:54. We were told that we could have crispy chicken now but for the original recipe the manager said we would have to wait for 4 minutes and he would bring it to our table. After 25 minutes I asked the manager if the chicken was ready and he said; "They were cooking as fast as they could"'. After waiting another 10 minutes, my husband took the receipt to show the manager and he asked if our 3 piece chicken was ready yet because he had said it would be 4 minutes and he would bring it to the table. He looked at the receipt and said; "I'm so sorry". He gave my husband the chicken. It was now 4:36. This is Unacceptable!!!

I drive tractor and trailer. I ordered through door dash. My order came in a reasonable time but the order was wrong. I was supposed to have 2 thighs, a breast and legs. I got 1 thigh, and 5 legs. Called the store and was told to come in and we will fix it. I ordered door dash because I couldn’t go in. How do I go fix it now? Never ordering here again. Check your orders if you order online

ALWAYS out of chicken. How do you run a chicken business and can't get that part right?
The customer service was OK don't know if the guy was having bad day but food was good could truly understand dealing with customers all day and it all depends but food on point and price was reasonable

The food is good. They just keep forgetting to add the dips. The food is bagged then sent to the front where the counter person should complete the order. They don't.
