I placed an online order and they said it would be done in 10 minutes which was perfectly fine so I sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes waiting…in that 10 mins exactly two cars came and other than that it was absolutely dead yet my food was not done at the allotted time. I went to the drive thru to pick up my app order and was told I had to come in…I don’t get why but ok. I go in, order isn’t ready still and then I’m told they are out of coleslaw because the truck didn’t come in which they can’t help especially with out weather so I choose another side…the customer service was TERRIBLE, clearly they didn’t want to be at work. My lemonade tasted like water literally which you could see because it only had the lightest yellow tint to it. The store was NOT clean, it didn’t smell good in there, and I regretted spending my money there. Customer service is always key for me so I will never be back, I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Made an in app order and had to wait an additional 30 minutes passed the time it said it would be done…. Told the worker that this wouldn’t have been such a long wait in the drive through so not sure why it was taking so long and he replied “well maybe you should have done that”. Bratty workers and ridiculously bad service. Do not come here.

Lost my wallet in the parking lot and employees went above and beyond. Grabbed it, left everything alone, held it safely by putting it up in hopes I'd be back to get it. Remade all my food fresh to order so I was absolutely satisfied. Thank you for your safe service and excellent fresh food.

Fast service, friendly staff other than the initial person who took the orders. The restaurant was much cleaner inside than most KFC I've been to, although I almost always get carry-out.

Ordered a 12 piece family meal got home and one of the gravies didn't have a lid. Gravy was everywhere. Never ever again will I go to this restaurant.
AWFUL! Employees were a mess, rude and yelling the whole time. Orders kept getting messed up, not just ours. We waited 45 minutes just to get our food and one even snapped at one of the poor people with us also waiting for food. One of the workers ignored customers to get free food for her daughter that was there as well. Never coming here again!!! Just go to a Taco Bell combo one if that's how the staff is! Update: Just got home....OUR BISCUITS ARE RAW! WTH!!! Waste of money!!! SO UPSET!!!

Was told to wait in the handicap spots along with 3 other cars that came through the drive thru. Been waiting for like 15 mins and nobody's got their food. We already paid. Gosh I hope no actual handicapped person needs this spot.

Guy at the window was kind've dickish and acted like we were bothering him or something when we pulled up to get our food. Usually I'm not the one but when it comes to someone making my food I have to bite my tongue. I've been here a few times before without any issues it was just THIS time with THIS guy! Overall I guess it's no better or worse than any other typical KFC.
