It was pick up and I didn't go in to pick it up so I have no idea about the service. The pizza was delicious and hot. Atmosphere is a joke, they should put in benches along the windows, standing while waiting for a lot of people is very uncomfortable.

Ordered food off the app. Food was supposed to be done by 8:40 waited 20 minutes for staff to help me while pizza was sitting out out of the warmer was ice cold when I got it. Staff was rudely talking about a woman that had came in earlier and got the wrong items very disrespectful and don’t think I will be ordering from here again. After the customer left, they started complaining and calling her nasty names and then when I tried to call and talk to a manager or store manager or GM they tell me they are not there and they are not gonna refund my food.

Well ordered a pepperoni pizza an pepperoni puffs. The puffs were actually horrible on was just a blob of cheese in the box. Others were just falling apart a sauce all over.

Kaden and Aiden at Little Fuse were outstanding! They jumped right in to help, handled everything fast and professionally, and made sure I was completely taken care of. You can tell they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about customers. Both of them definitely deserve a raise — people like that are what make a business great.

⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 out of 5 stars Burnt food and ignored custom order
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit to Little Caesar’s was honestly terrible. I placed a custom order and made it very clear how I wanted my pizza — but when I picked it up, it was completely burnt and drowned in sauce. It looked like they didn’t even read the order notes. To make things worse, my cheese bites were also burnt and hard as a rock.
I get that mistakes happen, but this was just careless. Between the excessive sauce, burnt crust, and overcooked sides, it was a complete waste of money.
