We LOVE this diner. Our family has been going at least once a month for the last 8 or so years (usually on the weekends). Our son graduated from pre-k a couple weeks ago, and when we asked him where he’d like to go after to celebrate (a week day), he insisted on Londa’s. We had a table of 5 with myself, my husband, my in laws, and of course our little guy.
There were maybe only 3 other tables in the restaurant, so it wasn’t super busy. We sat down, and a blonde waitress that I’ve only seen once before came over and aggressively asked our drink order. Drinks came, we didn’t see her for another 15 minutes. When she came back to take our food order, it was the same aggressive approach; so much so we thought we did something wrong. Food finally comes about 30 minutes later, and she drops it all down and marches away without a word; only my plate wasn’t there. She walked away so quickly, I couldn’t flag her down to ask about my meal or my son’s missing pickle. A couple minutes later, we see my meal sitting at the “window”, and sitting, and sitting, while the waitress is chatting with someone at the bar. I ended up just grabbing it myself after it sat there another 5 minutes.
The food is always great here, so we never have any complaints. Although, she never came back to ask how things were or ask if we needed anything. We finish, and after sitting there with all our dirty plates in front of us, I insist the family head out and I will take care of the check when it came. She sees us leaving, and plops the check on the table. I then walk up to the counter and wait to pay. She makes her way over, and again, without a SINGLE word, takes my card. Literally the only words spoken to me were “do you want a receipt”.
We’re crushed. Our family loves this restaurant. We have sent so many friends and family over at our recommendation. This was such an important occasion for my son who specifically chose Londa’s out of any other restaurant, and because one person was clearly having a bad day (or just isn’t meant for the service industry), a happy memory was overtaken by this negative experience. Sadly, we won’t be back.

Coffee was decent for diner coffee. Service was quick. Food was horrendous! We each got breakfast wraps with home fries (fiance had ham and I have bacon asked for it extra extra crispy (server said it was no problem)) The potatoes tasted off - mushy on the outside but still hard on the inside and had no flavor other than potato and a weird sourish flavor. The wrap was somehow worse. First it was a wheat wrap by default and we had no warning about it. The cheddar cheese was super gooey and melty which seemed promising until we took the first bite. The whole thing tasted sour. We couldn't place what it was, the eggs the meat or the cheese. The bacon was also straight rubber and not even remotely crispy. I could only stomach two bites before my stomach started to beg me to stop. We won't be going back.

Worst service EVER!! My family & I have never had such poor service. I had to feed my toddler snacks I brought from home bc it took the waitress 30min to come take our order(only bc I flagged her down). She was too busy “tending” to the men at the counter than to give any service. It wasn’t busy at all. We only stayed bc my 1.5 y/o needed something to eat before a meltdown otherwise we without question would’ve left. We will never return simply bc of the waitress and her service.

Younger Waitress was so very very rude. Came once to table. We weren't ready so she got mad. Never came back for at least 20 min. Barely ever saw her. No refills. Food was good
The food was great. The seat was comfortable. The waitress was clearly bothered by us asking questions and was downright rude. She avoided our table and refused to refill my soda until I loudly asked her for a refill. She got nice at the end but it was too little too late. The other customers (locals) were very nice and must have noticed her sucky attitude towards us.

Omelette was HUGE & delicious (accommodated my special request), home fries were plentiful, hot & tasty, good seeded rye toast & good service! Picture was after I ate half! Food would have received a 5 if coffee was better (not bad, just passable - I am a coffee snob). GO BILLS!!!

On the Way to Fort Erie for our 2025 Canada getaway, we stopped at Londa's Diner in Depew, NY (near Buffalo)! A family owned diner, breakfast hit the spot! We had to order one of the more original items on the menu, the Hot Dog w/Texas Sauce and Cheese omelette!! The omlette was good; the homeade Texas Sauce was GREAT!! If we are back in town next trip up north, we will certainly stop by!
