Absolutely horrible I always do mobile order and everytime I’m waiting longer in the parking lot for my order than people who just pulled up, I waited 30min plus with my kids in the car while they watched a bunch of people come and go and even one person pull up next to us and get their food even though we were there for 25min at that point! I had to call the store to remind them I was out there and give them my receipt because they had no clue my order

The drive thru worker took my money and my order, gave me my drinks, then told me to pull up and they'll bring out my kids 4 happy meals. It was my 3 year Olds bday. I waited 30 mins watching the other cars coming and going and still nothing for my kids. I go inside to politely ask what the hold up was and they made me wait an additional 10 minutes before even starting to prepare my food. Mind u I'm pulled up blocking traffic per their instructions. Awful location. Drive a little further to the better one.

Food was normal. They forgot my nuggets I ordered a 4 piece and had to go around the drivethru again and it was busy. But they have me 10 instead 😊 so yea they alright!

It is rare to see a McDonald's so peaceful, so efficient, so nice. A lady even brought my coffee to the desk for my second mobile order. The kitchen is peaceful and quiet without Biiii sounds from the machine or workers yelling at each other. The face on workers faces are relaxed not like other McDonald's workers always hate their lives. Overall, the best McDonald's I have ever seen in America. BTW, it's really cheap if you use the deals on the app.
What the hell did they do with the fish sandwich..so small..plus I asked for extra tarter sauce on the side and they put it in a cardboard box..it was everywhere..

This place is horrible. The staff is rude as hell . I got a cheeseburger with ranch and they messed it up completely and gave me a mc crispy with honey mustard. I obviously went in to complain and it took them 20 minutes for one cheeseburger and it was all messed up to . When I pointed out there mistake the staff laughed at me and told me I was wrong when I clearly wasn’t . Even the receipt showed I wasn’t wrong . The janitor lady was super nice and kept working her butt off while everyone else was talking . Keep in mind there were 2 ppl there other than me . Horrible staff !!

So I was in the this McDonald’s on 08/31/24 and I was asked to leave because the squeaky black haired female manager thought I looked like her ex and asked another manager to kick me out how can j report her to the owner or higher manager
