This visit was a pit stop for us on our travels that yucky winter day. We got two cheeseburgers and two small fries. The food was McDonald's -good! The best part was the staff! The young man that took my order at the counter, so I didn't have to use the kiosk thing or an APP!! Friendly, polite service. I'll be sure to stop there again. You should too.

Lady at the drive-thru took my order like I personally ruined her whole week. I wasn’t even done ordering (yes, I’m big AND hungry), and she hit me with the attitude mid-sentence.
Then I asked her to switch one of my items to a medium meal, and she said “okay” and then… did not switch it. Out of pure spite.
I roll up to the second window because nobody was at the first one, and she also didn’t tell me to stop there. She pops out like a jump-scare NPC, just staring at me until I speak first. Then she hits me with, “You were supposed to pull up to the first window.”
So now I’m apologizing like I just derailed the entire McDonald’s corporate structure.
Then another employee—who looked like they got hired five minutes earlier off a TikTok live—comes to the window and tells me to park in the mobile order spot. I pull in and watch five cars who weren’t even behind me get their food immediately, while I sit there like I’m waiting on a Michelin-star meal instead of a McChicken.
If you are in a rush to go anywhere do not come here.
I’m still sitting here 20 minutes after I ordered my food. I eventually had to walk in and get my food by hand because of these lazy people.

My complaint is not related to the food or the employees of this location. As we know in WNY, if you have the McD App and the Bills get a Sack there is an offer the next day for a free Big Mac when you spend $2. The next day after the Tampa Bay, which had a sack by D Jones.....the app did not show the offer, I went into the building to talk to and show my app to the cashier. They looked too....and said wow it doesn't show up. Then proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do and to discuss with McD Customer Support. I have been going back and forth with them since and they seem to have no idea and are clueless. Has anyone else run into this issue? I told customer support to call the owner directly and stop playing games with a good customer. My next step is to call a local TV station. Multi Million dollar company giving a customer a hard time over a Big Mac........Mighty would never do this !!!!!!
12/1/2025 Update: Now I can complain about the employees. Discussed my issue from previous visit and was told at the window that there was NO sack again Tampa Bay in the Bills game on 11/16/2025. There was on the NFL record site. They continued to say no there wasn't. I decided to go inside to prove I was correct....and now all of a sudden the employees changed their tune to saying that the sack deal did show up on the employees app after saying that originally there was NO sack. They said they weren't sure why it didn't show up on my smartphone and that no one else complained about not seeing the Sack deal. As a side note: I have been getting the Sack deal for the past 2 Bills seasons ( this year and last season at least). Can't believe that McDonald's is not making good over the price of a Big Mac and a good customer that can get fast food some place else or another location.

Hi, I came to your restaurant and ordered a fountain drink and it tasted moldy. Please clean out your ice machines, the fountain drinks taste like mold because there’s mold in the ice machine. (Former fast food worker)

There was a young black gentlemen helping us at the window to get our food ready when we overheard another woman (his manager) yelling and screaming at him about an issue about him coming back from break late. It is understandable to reprimand an employee when needed but not while the line is already taking forever and within customers earshot. She needs to be trained how to treat her staff and do her job appropriately and effectively

There was no one behind me I'm the drive thru but they had me pull to the spot for one single burger. He came out a couple minutes later and still no one was at the window so they're just having everyone pull out there for no reason other than laziness, wasting everyone's time.
Friend ordered happy meals for our kids and we picked them up with in 8 minutes of placing the order. Food was cold. Had hardly any taste and had no toys. Had to go back for those..

Every time I attempt to go here it’s always an extremely long wait time. Usually I’ll put up with it but lately I am so sick of it. I just leave and you’ve lost my business.

Everytime we get the order it takes more time to wait the longer time takes 30mins and shorter time to wait the order 10mins. I hope you find ways to improve with my concern.ty.

My wife and I brought our 7 year daughter in to this location today. My daughter was so excited to get her happy meal and toy. Since my wife and I don't eat McDonalds we brought in some sandwiches from a local Depew establishment and decided to eat it there with our daughters food. The manager there rudely told my wife WHILE SHE WAS ORDERING OUR DAUGHTER'S FOOD that we could not eat there and the happy meal would NEED TO BE A TO-GO order. I respectfully approached the manger after hearing about this and asked if he was willing to make an exception this one time to which he responded no. We were then forced to leave and they have no outdoor eating benches. I could understand if we brought in a full spaghetti dinner or something along the lines, but they were just sandwiches! We will never be visiting this location ever again. And for the manager, clean your bathrooms, they were filthy.
