My wife and I brought our 7 year daughter in to this location today. My daughter was so excited to get her happy meal and toy. Since my wife and I don't eat McDonalds we brought in some sandwiches from a local Depew establishment and decided to eat it there with our daughters food. The manager there rudely told my wife WHILE SHE WAS ORDERING OUR DAUGHTER'S FOOD that we could not eat there and the happy meal would NEED TO BE A TO-GO order. I respectfully approached the manger after hearing about this and asked if he was willing to make an exception this one time to which he responded no. We were then forced to leave and they have no outdoor eating benches. I could understand if we brought in a full spaghetti dinner or something along the lines, but they were just sandwiches! We will never be visiting this location ever again. And for the manager, clean your bathrooms, they were filthy.

I don't know why I bother with this place. The fries are ALWAYS old. Nothing is ever fresh and the fries are supposed to be the best part. No one here cares about what they are feeding people. This location is a joke and someone need to crack down or be fired. I wouldn't fed my child this food it's tough and old and just gross.

Was alright for a McDonald's. Went to get food for my siblings and was weirded out that I couldn't press a button to pay at counter. It was a whole fiasco and ended up getting my brother's order wrong. :/ One of the workers is loud and there was no ice.

Have been trying to get my paystubs from the month of May for about a month now, and have been constantly given the run-around from the GM and their managers. They said they don’t have my updated address even though I wrote it down for them and let two of the managers know before I quit, and they refuse to send them to my updated address?? And I’m not allowed to contact the HR lady Shelly because it’s her personal cell number- what kind of place is this? I’ve never had this much difficulty obtaining a piece of paper in my life. I called the store a couple times to ask, and was met with hostility by the morning manager Sam, who gave me attitude even though I’ve been nothing but kind, and hung up on me. Incredibly rude and disrespectful.

Stopped for a quick bite on the run. The messiest double burgers I've ever had. We asked for Mac sauce on our 4 double burgers. It was so messy that the entire inside part of the wrapper on all our burgers were slopped with ketchup and Mac Sauce. The outer bun was soaked with them. We couldn't even eat them it was so bad. We threw them away. We were a mile down the road before we opened the 1st 2 bugers, and being short on time, we couldn't turn around and go back. We just ate the fries n 4 nuggets and stopped elsewhere later.

Whoever the cashier was April 1st, 2025 at 6:41 she was so sweet ! I’ve never had such a nice cashier at a McDonalds! Not only that but I got the food very quick and it was fresh I’m in so much shock that everything went so perfectly lol I haven’t been to McDonald’s in a while because of bad experiences but I’ll definitely come back to this one.
