Drive through is so slow, no one cares about the job, I used to love it here, but I'm not spending 30 minutes of my day in a drive through for sub par, and now expensive "fast" food. Ridiculous.

Got a super mighty pack there was barley any filling in it all shell so disappointing what a waste of $27 won't go back to this location the only good thing was the lady working the drive threw she was super

Absolutely ridiculous service, took 45 minutes to place order and get food in drive thru. People were actually leaving and I would have as well if I wasn’t blocked in. Employee stated they had 2 call ins and no one would come in. So there were only 2 people working dine in and drive thru. And to top it off the order was not correct. Shame on the owner/manager for not coming in and helping out the workers, especially after a bills game! Unacceptable….

I give them 0 starts. I love 2 mins from this location, ordered 3 mighty packs which ended up being $51 when I got home and pulled out the tacos they were cold and soggy like the meat was never warmed up at all. I called to talk to a manager he said his name was Chris I explained to him the situation and he basically rushed me off the phone saying I just checked the temperature it's at 155. I wasn't even on the phone long enough for him to check the meat and he basically called me a liar! I took the temperature of the meat and it was 81. The tacos were all wet and sogg how am I suppose to eat that? I am very disappointed I love mighty taco but after that experience I don't think I will be buying mighty any time soon.

Horrible service! I ordered a fajita meal, they handed me my food and I noticed the fajita was very thin so I bought another one. A large fajita is always plump. I opened the first one and notice I was missing my tomato’s and it was so thin with lettuce and chicken. I asked does the second one have tomato’s cause I don’t need another one that I just purchased be thin too. He handed me a little bag with tomato’s in it.. I will no longer be going back to that establishment due to lack of . My large chicken fajitas looked like a taco with lettuce and chicken. Ended up paying almost $18 for nothing. More tortilla than anything else.

Idk if they hire people who can’t read but every time I order a Nacho Deluxe WITH jalapeños they never give me jalapeños. It’s on the receipt so I know they can’t read.

Asked for no ice in my Pepsi because I have copd and the tall kid on the register gave me a dirty look and gave me a half a cup of Pepsi. This was because of my copd and this kid decides to screw me over it. I'm done with this place. Let's go down the street to Zorbas. This review was meant for Transit and Walden location.

For the first time in a long time, I had a positive experience with this location. It was like how I remember mighty pre-COVID. I used the drive thru on 11/26 and it was quick. The employees were pleasant and my order was ready by the time I was done paying. The food actually was decent, considering it was mighty. It seemed like maybe the team was new or different, as I didn't recognize any of them. Whatever changed, I hope they keep it up.

Food and service were great. The whole place was basically empty apart from the workers and everything was very neat and tidy. There was some kinda moody music playing that created an interesting vibe, but it was overall a good experience.
