Pan Pizza Co Lancaster

Deserves zero stars. Placed an order, arrived the store is closed. No note, no one answering the phones, hours say they're opened. Can't get ahold of anyone to refund the order!

9/6/24 The response to this review is totally false. I have not been in touch with anyone. I have not gotten a refund. I can understand an emergency, but you can't slap a note on the door or something? My experience is not the first time I've heard of this happening either...

11am --Got a refund....contacted my CC company....still no actual contact from anyone from Pan Pizza...

It's 8/11/2024 5:54 pm. The gentleman behind the counter was magnificent. His customer service skills are only matched by his pizza making ability. His friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed, and I can't stress enough how well made my Zzas are. I'm definitely coming back.

Raw dough, raw veggies, no Italian sausage so my supreme was just onions, peppers and mushrooms. Pizza barely had any flavor. Just raw and gross. Would like my $38 back...

As the employee boxed my pizza he proceeded to slice the pizza while using his bare hands, NO GLOVES to hold the pizza! Meanwhile the gloves were right in front of his face. When I addressed the issue, he proceeded to tell me he had just washed his hands, so insulting. I asked for a new pizza to be prepared and I stood there and watched the entire process. First time going there and my last!!!

This pizza is unbelievable, it should be double the price but I’m not complaining I love this place.

Please when you order from here, temper your expectations. Remember, the pizza here is fast and inexpensive.
In this day and age of rising costs, $18-$20 Pizzas and even a frozen store bought getting over $5-$6, you can get a decent, hot Pizza here for $9-$10.
Is it fancy ? No, is it good and can you feed a family on a budget if you need to for a treat night ? Yes.
Better than Dominos or Little Caesars, not as good as the established pizza joints.

If you want Pizza night without breaking the bank, this is the place.

Very good pizza quick and cheap too but I’m not very happy with these new hours closing at 8:00 every day now in my opinion it would be better if it closed at 9:00 atleast

Had my first Pan Pizza ! Delicious. The crust was so good, the sauce was not too sweet and the cost! $9.00 plus tax. Will definitely be ordering again .
