I just returned from picking up a pizza at The Pan Pizza Company on Union Road. I called their number to place my order, but there was no answer. Thinking that there might be a problem with the connection, I called a second time. Then my wife tried calling in case there was a problem with my phone. I finally ordered on-line. When I arrived, I told that employee that I had placed an on line order. The employee spent the next 2 minutes that I was there chewing me out for having called when I could have just ordered on line. He claimed that he was too busy to answer the phone and I called too many times and let the phone ring too long! I was shocked at this treatment of a customer. If the company doesn't want people to order via telephone, why do they put the phone number on their flyers? How is a customer supposed to know that the employee is too busy to answer the phone, but not too busy to check for on line orders? And, even if they prefer on line orders, reprimanding a customer for placing an order via telephone is unacceptable in my eyes. I told the employee to just give me my pizza and that I will not be back to the store. I have never heard of a company that had so much business that it could treat customers this way.

Been on my list to give Pan pizza a try. Better than any domino's, Pizza hut or little Caesars. Wow, only $9 for a one typing pizza. This is a great pizza, quick and the employee was friendly. What more do you need?? This will be my go to pizza place when in the office.

We just tried it. The $9 price brought us in but the quality and taste is going to bring us back. Pepperoni was flavorful, the crust and dough excellent and the sauce was not bland. I'm pretty sure this is going to be our favorite pizza parlor!
