Came here a few times in 2023 and it was great. Very different in 2024.Drinks were super sugary, and we could not finish them. Think koolaid vodka from college.Oysters were great except littered with shell debris inside so they were crunchy and painful to eat.Pizzas came out at the same time as oysters. By the time we got to them they were cold. And soggy from all the oil and not completely cooked through.Probably won’t be going back for anything except wine and oysters. And not for a few months at least.

Had dinner here tonight. Our server James was very good but other than that, we weren’t impressed. All of the employees from the hostess to the bartenders seemed very young and kind of clueless. We waited for at least 20 minutes at the bar for a drink only to be told that the bartender didn’t know how to make a Manhattan. My husband ordered a very dry martini and the girl looked at him like he had 3 heads. The food is pricey for what you get and we were charged more for our drinks than what’s listed on the menu. I had the $23 crab cake and it was just ok, nothing great. Maybe it’s ok for people staying at the hotel but there are too many other options around.

Pros- our server was nice and attentive , drinks were ok, modern ambiance. Cons- Food. We ordered two salads with added chicken breast for approx $25 each. Chicken tasted prepackaged, not fresh. The amount of chicken (strips) given was ridiculously small. My friend got the arugula salad and it was half the size of my Vermont salad! It was literally like a small dinner salad- also served on a smaller plate! We got a confusing response when we asked about it. Server said that salad was made somewhere else. What?? Extremely overpriced for what we got! Also- be prepared to pay $16 for cocktails. I expected more being that it's Salvatore's- but sadly will not be back to Perla.

Ate here with some friends to celebrate the Christmas holiday. Really wanted to be in the Chandelier bar but it was too crowded so we went to Perla. Perla was a big surprise. Although I was hesitant eat here because of a major shellfish allergy I did anyway. They were very careful to keep me safe. We had the pizzas & Caesar salad . Of course plenty of wine. It was decorated beautifully and we enjoyed ourselves. We had to sit at the bar because all tables were reserved. We were told theChandelier bar does not take reservations and expected the same at Perla, but they do. So lesson learned

The pizza was ok. The wings were undercooked and flavorless. Our waiter was nice, but when we asked for another round of drinks, he kept coming back apologizing for the bartender not filling the order for over 20 minutes. We finally jest canceled the drink order. All in all, it's not worth the money.We will not be going back.

Very impressed. Our server was excellent. We had the chicken tacos which were ok, the shrimp tacos which were excellent and the blackened fish tacos which were also delicious. The margaritas were good. The flourless chocolate torte was very good. The deals for Tuesday dinner are well worth it. We will definitely be back!!! Good sized bar, tall tables were nice.

The service was awful; from wrong drinks to the waiter never checking in on us to not even taking our food order. Then when our food finally did come out it was not good and inconsistent in portion sizes. The cost of the drinks and food for what you get is awful. Our groups opinion: would not return. The only plus was the space was nicely decorated.

We had such a blast at perla for trivia on Tuesday! The drinks are amazing, all tequila based but very creative and tasty ! The tacos are amazing as well, $3 each, you have to order 2 of the same, bang bang shrimp, blackened halibut and southwest chicken..all delicious! The staff was so accommodating and personable! Monica, Alyssa, Sebastian and dalton all made our experience stellar! We have been telling all of our friends how much fun we had! Definitely check it out!
