Super disappointed ? with this one. Tonight we got stuff crust pizza and cheesy bread sticks. The crust on the pizza was basically raw dough with melted a little bit of melted cheese in it... for paying $36 for a large pizza and bread sticks I would have hoped that the pizza was like ya know, actually cooked?!!! Bread sticks were delicious my kids enjoyed them. But for the priceee... cook.THE.damn.pizza.Sincerely,A dissatisfied customer

First off, a large is only 13" , regardless of what they tell you. (See picture) Also, very undercooked because instead of using traditional pizza ovens, they have gone the route of Little Ceasars and Dominos... overpriced pizza, to be exact. $20.99 for a large (add $2 for original pan)... not worth it.. get your pizza local, stay away from chains like this.

Ok I understand they are new and trying to get going but they absolutely need to work on their costumer service. Ordered a pizza on the app which told 45 minutes. Ok no problem. Get there manager said 10 to 15 min longer. Not happy but it is football Sunday so Ok. Looked at the app which tells you how long it went from saying 45 to 27 to 60 minutes. So when I asked the girl that is now behind the register if she knows what is going on her answer to me and everyone else who asked was "it's probably in the oven." Then when we asked if she could check She said no. She was very unpleasant and rude. She needs to get more trying on how to work with people. We won't be back

I was so happy to see a pizza hut open up in our area again however upon getting our order I realized this was a mistake. Growing up in Buffalo we have so many amazing options for pizza and I forsee this location not lasting long. Our order was wrong and between speaking to the store pizza hut corporate pizza hut customer service nobody seems to care. Call after call after call we keep getting the run around to call here go here speak to this person and that person and no matter what regardless of who we called everyone we talked to gave us no help at all.

took an hr and half to not get my pizza. keep messing up the order apparently. so i left. life is too short. i didn’t get my pizza because they couldn’t make it. pizza hut couldn’t make my pizza. should be no star. paid $30 to not get served.. that’s a hell of a business plan

If you enjoy waiting 30+ minutes after the time your order was supposed to be ready just for them to tell you they have to remake it and continue to wait. & wait. & wait. Terrible. Get it together. Guess we will continue to drive further to a better location.

Told 25 minutes for a personal pizza. A PERSONAL PIZZA. Then after 25 minutes, another 25 go by until it’s ready. Nothing special when you have a little ceasers or a dominos down the road. On top of that, service sucked. Won’t be going back.

this place absolutely SUCKS. we ordered just an order of breadsticks. nothing else just breadsticks. they told us 15 mins. we waited 25 mins, asked again they said a little longer. 55 mins later we finally get our breadsticks. we open the box they are plain breadsticks with nothing on them. I walked back inside and asked “what are these” and they looked at me funny. he said “what’s wrong with them” I said they’re missing the seasoning or whatever it is they put on top. he said “well darlin’ all you have to do is ask” I SHOULDNT HAVE TO ASK!!!! THEYRE SUPPOSED TO COME WITH SEASONING ON TOP.And on top of it, while we were waiting, we witnessed half of a customers pizza fell on the floor and the staff went to pick it up and put it in their box. Another customer was the one that first noticed it and said something. They would have served that out to the customer if she hadn’t said something! how gross is that.0/10 will not be returning and don’t recommend anyone else to try it.

Food is the same as any Pizza Hut. You can not dine in as it is a Pizza Hut Express. This is one is extremely busy. You will want to order ahead of time.Parking: It shares a parking lot with other stores. It can be hard to find a close spot.
