Never ever again.i placed my order online since Noone answered the phone. They said ready in 20 mins. There was a line and an hour later, I finally got inside and they told me 20 more minutes!!! I should have cancelled and demanded a refund. No apology, and they don't speak English enough to matter that everyone was complaining. I received my pizza 30 minutes later in total it was an hour and a 1/2!!!!!

The Big Box Deals are a great value! We were tired of spending over 60 dollars just for pizza and wings at our local pizzarias. We are thrilled Pizza Hut is back in Buffalo!!!Vegetarian options: They have a nice selection of non meat toppings.

Terrible people there they didn't even speak EnglishWheelchair accessibility: I came for curbside and parked out front they refused to answer the phone and stared at me trying to get out of vehicle with Walker a passersby helped me by going inside to get my pizza they won't do curbside here. Don't speak English and won't answer the phone they just stand around talking while phone rings

The men behind the counter were very friendly. The one man checked my pizza to make sure it’s what I ordered. I haven’t had a Pizza Hut pizza and I was very happy with my pizza.

Great pizza and deals. The staff was super friendly, made sure our carry out order was correct and looked good, before we left with it. It was ready on time and super hot and freshly made. The store was also super clean and you could see back into the kitchen which was also super clean. Will definitely be back.

Just as good as We remembered! We got a meat lovers pan pizza, it had a nice crispy crust with a light , thick, airy dough. Had a good amount of the six meats, very delicious. As always Pizza Hut was alway high priced for a large that is the size of a medium at other places, but we knew that so all said it was like we remembered!
