Figured I'd try Popeyes bone in wings just because they opened a brand new location on transit rd in Depew and they showed Popeyes wings being served at wing fest on the news. Well let me tell you as a life long Buffalonian they were disgusting and I threw them in the garbage. Anyone knows that if the bones are dark that the wings are old and these were almost black inside. I will NEVER go to ANY Popeyes again as long as I live.

Red beans and rice was spoiled. Not sure if they date their portioned sides but it takes a long time for food to smell that bad. Could tell as soon as I opened the lid. Visited 9.7.24.

I've been holding off trying this new location as I've had terrible experiences with the other Popeyes locations around Buffalo. But, my first stop at this one was a great experience. The food was perfect and the service was quick and friendly. I will be back here regularly!

Horrible!!! Please don’t waste your hard earned money at this location. The food and service is a poor representation of the Popeye’s Louisiana Chicken brand. I have traveled down south and ate Popeye’s at various locations here. This location is the worst I have had.

If anyone is wondering why all the Popeyes in Buffalo are garbage, check the names of the owners and you’ll notice a common theme.
Also, check out all the broken english used in all the 5 star reviews because they have their family members and friends from foreign countries create fake accounts using traditional american names and write positive reviews for them. Mind blowing that they’d spend so much money on a franchise license and renovating the old restaurant just to operate the way they do.

Worse chain restaurant around. Incredible slow service thru drive-thru. Finally get food to find out they gave me wrong sandwich. And for a store 9 months old outside looks incredibly ghetto with old equipment sitting there no curb appeal. Stay far away from this location
