It was inappropriate server to ask if we were Chinese when we had just been seated. Additionally, the lack of baby-kangaroo-care facilities in the restroom and the staff blocking me from attending to my baby who need care immediately were unacceptable. Overall, the customer service was very poor. This is for family trip. The food was alright, but unfortunately it wasn’t the best option, and I’m sorry it ended up affecting our family’s day.

Very delicious food! Wonderful and fast service! The staff was super friendly and helpful and checked in often. The interior is very nicely decorated and the atmosphere both times I went was very quiet and almost romantic even being alone and the price was amazing for the quality and quantity of food I only spent a bit over 30$ for the all you can eat!

I’ve been coming to Saika Sushi for years, recommending it to friends and family, but after what happened today, I don’t even recognize this place anymore.
The food was amazing as always — that’s not the issue. The issue was our server: an older Asian woman (late 40s, short), whose behavior was so aggressive and unprofessional that it completely ruined what should’ve been a happy birthday dinner for my friend.
From the start, she hovered over us constantly and refused to leave our table until we verbally told her the food was good. It felt uncomfortable, but we tried to stay polite.
But the moment we went to pay, everything crossed a line.
I paid for myself and my friend, and while I was literally in the middle of paying, she kept repeating “Tip is not included” over and over like she was trying to drill it into us. I already said “Okay, I understand,” but she kept going. My sister tipped generously — enough to cover ALL of us.
Instead of being appreciative, this server gave me a dirty look and snapped, “No tip?! What do I look like, I work for free?!”
I was stunned. No employee should EVER speak to a customer like that. I told her clearly, “It’s not my job to pay your salary — the restaurant does. We already tipped.”
The look she gave me after that was honestly hostile.
Then she turned her attention to my sister and especially my friend. She stared them down in a way that felt intimidating and almost threatening. My friend — ON HER BIRTHDAY — felt so pressured and uncomfortable that she pulled out extra cash just to stop the confrontation. And even after taking the money, the server still looked at her with disgust.
It was humiliating, aggressive, and incredibly unprofessional. We walked in to celebrate and walked out feeling bullied.
I have NEVER experienced anything like this at a restaurant, and I cannot believe the management allows a server to treat loyal customers this way. This wasn’t a misunderstanding. This was harassment.
The food is great, but no level of good food excuses this kind of treatment. I truly hope the owner sees this, because this server’s behavior is driving customers away.
Well this place basically sucks. The food is alright but the customer service is so terrible. The waiters were so rude and always have attitude when I was ordering. I feel like as a minority, they have racial bias on their customers. Will not come back again.

From the outside i thought it was a hole in the wall sushi place. I was wrong. this place is crazy popular and exceedingly tasty. I have never had good all you can eat sushi. it usually taste cheap and rushed, but this place's sushi was amazing. every single roll was delicious.

I love this place. I go all the time. My favorites are the crab Rangoon, edamame, steak hibachi, and yellowtail sushi/appetizer. I also enjoy their flavored sake. Service is always quick. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait but it’s never too long and definitely worth it!
