I had an amazing experience at Saika Sushi! The all-you-can-eat Japanese seafood menu is a great value, offering a wide variety of fresh and flavorful dishes. From sushi to sashimi, tempura, and nigiri, everything was expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The seafood was particularly fresh, and I loved how the options were so diverse—there's something for everyone, even if you're not a huge sushi fan
Food was average with decent quality fish. Service was attentive but the kitchen was slow. I waited a solid 10min for my first sushi order (2 rolls) and the place was only 1/4 full. Overall an average experience at a good price equals a good value.

Everything about this place was perfect! Came in around 11:15 for lunch. Our server was extremely attentive, the food was delicious, and it arrived within 5 minutes of ordering it, and the whole place was very clean. Atmosphere is very calm, do not come in here acting like it is a bar or a Dennys...you will be disappointed, they played very calm music and it is very quiet and people are respectful. This was my first visit here, and I will be coming back to try dinner another time. There WAS a single piece of eggshell in the fried rice, but getting white rice will prevent that if you are someone who worries about that kind of thing. Many restaurants in buffalo do not even compare to the performance of this place. STRONGLY reccoment the steak hibachi, ridiculously delicious.
Food: Excellent choices and all you can eat! I would recommend the hibachi steak, the sea angel roll, and the monkey roll. Just make sure you don't order more than you can eat because they charge if you leave too much on your plate.
Service: The servers are sort of detached, but in a professional way. I always prefer overly friendly servers, but that is just my personal preference. Service was quick and efficient, otherwise.
Atmosphere: Less casual than many places, but not really upscale, either. It's pleasantly inviting with a crisp, clean feel.
