Can never get anyone one the phone answering machine answers every time. No call back. Poor hours. One star for my in person visit. Stood there for a few minutes before someone came from the back to take my order. Love the food dislike the service.

I did go 3 times before leaving this review. All 3 times my burger was INSANELY wrong. The first time, a totally different one that I ordered and the other two, missing half the stuff. Today, I was brought out the missing stuff and basically assembled my own burger. If I wanted to make my own burger, I wouldnt have come there. Don't bother. It's just irritating.

Mess up order 50% of the time and every time you go to pick up your food, it's not ready yet and you sit and wait another 15-20 minutes after waiting 45minutes at home.

I actually enjoyed their pizza (at first,) then we ordered one night and it's been an ongoing nightmare with them since. When we ordered the other night, the pizza took an hour and a half to get to us. It was EXTREMELY overcooked, almost to the point of cremation. It was black and tasted like cardboard. I called them and they only offered me a $10 credit towards my next order. I told them that this wasn't satisfactory, so they offered to bring out freshly cooked pizzas. I said that was fine, so long as they cooked them properly this time.
