Had a beet salad and my coworker had the pan salmon. It was okay. The cider and drinks were the stars. Good bartenders, friendly wait staff, surely food service people. The place is definitely a mall restaurant. Clean and bright.

My husband and I have not been out on a date for a long time and we really wanted to try a spot that we've never been to before plus, we were in the mood for pizza. A friend of ours recommended Santora's at the Galleria Mall and I must say, we were not disappointed. I had the garlic knots and the classic medium pepperoni pizza and my husband had a Cesar salad with chicken and a buffalo chicken pizza. The garlic knots were very spongey, crispy, and perfectly flavored with buttery herby crust paired with their marinara sauce was an experience I will never forget. Having them with a taste of my husband's Cesar salad paired with the dressing was also very tasty as well. Then there are the pizzas. The ratio of crust, to the sauce to toppings was perfect and not too overwhelming. The pepperoni was burnt around the ledges which added an extra crispy element that was very much enjoyable. My husband's buffalo chicken pizza was very delicious, the crust was perfectly crispy. There was also not too much buffalo sauce which in this case was nice that it did not mask all the rest of the flavors on the pizza. Paired with refreshing draft beer, you will never leave hungry. An experience that was worth getting out of the house and will satisfy your pizza cravings. Highly recommend and our meal deserves 5 stars.

I ordered the chicken Milanese at the transit road location and it was one of this years best meals and figured I'd order it at the same thing at th Walden location as well and it was possibly one of the worst dishes of all dishes of all time. It had so much balsamic on it it looked like a BBQ sandwich and it had zero breading on it. The poor waiter had no idea what the problem was, because he probably was thrown into the fire with little training and was one of only two people working the entire restaurant. The place is awful in every way and if not for the location would be out of business, because no one comes back tot his place a 2nd time. How 2 restaurants can be owned by the same person and be so drastically different is hard to imagine. The manager & cooks at this place all need to be fired.

This location does not compare to the transit location. Service is horrendous. Be prepared to wait 25 minutes just to order your food. I ordered a medium burger and got a barely cooked burger (as shown in the picture). Never again.

Can never get anyone one the phone answering machine answers every time. No call back. Poor hours. One star for my in person visit. Stood there for a few minutes before someone came from the back to take my order. Love the food dislike the service.

Toppings on bigger orders are always wrong somehow. Almost as if they don't listen or write down people's orders.
Love the new Santora's near the galleria, definitely seems much better than the other santora's in the area, great atmosphere, great wings (hot garlic were our favorite) , our main dishes were good, reason for four stars is the fish fry was mediocre and tartar sauce was terrible, ruined the meal for me!

Went to Galleria Mall location last night. Food was blah, tasteless. Even pizza. Watched our waiter through the glass in the kitchen remove his face mask and prepare something I could not see while he talked to others in kitchen. Then he put his mask back on and brought the table next to us a sundae. No thanks. We won't be back.

I did go 3 times before leaving this review. All 3 times my burger was INSANELY wrong. The first time, a totally different one that I ordered and the other two, missing half the stuff. Today, I was brought out the missing stuff and basically assembled my own burger. If I wanted to make my own burger, I wouldnt have come there. Don't bother. It's just irritating.

So, it still feels a lot like Gordon Biersch because it hasn't visually changed all that much BUT it has the Santoras food and service! Love that we are re-using an existing location and re-imagining it. Our fav bartender from closed Bravo :( is over here, so we know that we will be here often. Got drinks and a white pizza. Superb white pizza as always!
