Received a gift card so I was in there a few times just to use it. Rarely anyone sitting in there in the morning and I can see why. Bizarre music playing way to loud, forget about socializing with someone , employees act like they are at a party rather then at work . Never again.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Barista that handed my drink to me in the drive-thru had a giant scab covering the *entire portion* of his palm beneath his thumb, and was not wearing a glove. When I commented, I was told “well- he hasn’t actually preparing the drinks”! OMG! ?

My husband got his car stuck in the snow today in this parking lot. One of the employees came out and helped push him out. That was so kind of them. The employee went above and beyond! Not only that, but I've always had great service here. The coffee and cake pops are delicious.

Even with adequate staffing numbers, they still rush to fast and serve out terrible quality. No care or true work ethic to hold up to the standards. This rating is based off several visits.

I went through the drive thru today. I just have to say, the lady taking orders as well as the lady making the drinks, are the sweetest & most personable people you could ever be lucky enough to employ. Their kindness & customer service is top notch. They were also very kind to my senior dog! I wish I knew their names. Please reward them for really going above & beyond at work, they really are wonderful!Vegetarian options: The Tomato Mozzarella on Foccacia is delicious!
