I would rate this location ZERO stars if I was able.
I placed an order Friday night. They didn’t plan for their business and ran out of bread by 7pm. They didn’t have the bread I ordered and made my order incorrectly. They didn’t cancel the order or let me know it was wrong when I picked it up. They let me get all the way home to find an incorrect sub. I called the restaurant right away and they couldn’t refund my order. They made me drive back the next day for a refund.
I submitted feedback to Subway corporate and the restaurant responded, blaming me, the customer, because they “gave me food.”
Stay away from this business, unless you want to be blamed for their shortcomings.

I came into subway and had a coupon for 3 footling subs for $17.99. The coupon states that it excludes Footlong Snacks, The Beast and Garlic Roast Beef. I wanted to order 2 Baja chicken and Sweet onion chicken and the employee told me that the owner decided that they were only going to accept the coupon for basic cold cut subways. I had only taken that single coupon to use specifically for the subways mentioned above and I made sure that the coupon included the subways I tried ordering. I will never go to this Subway again as I feel like it is poor business to not accept coupons that are valid.

The two brothers that run this subway are very nice, I have been in there on Saturdays with my 3 small grandchildren. They are so patient with the boys especially my grandson with Autism. Food was great, the service was great!! I will be going back a lot.

Service was great they took care in every ingredient while putting in 100% effort to be efficient too. I didn’t try the drive through but what a cool feature for a subway, especially on a cold winter day where it’s nice to stay in the car.

In 2023, two brothers from Bangladesh bought this franchise, the only Subway in Buffalo with a drive-through. The service is so great that I skip closer Subways to go there. It is truly the best Subway I have ever visited, and I hope Shurif and Jasim are there for years to come.

After I made a mistake in the order, they remade my order without an issue. I paid for my order and then asked for an additional item that was an additional cost. They were kind enough not to upcharge me. Incredibly polite, friendly service, fresh and delicious ingredients. Also, this location has a drive-thru. Best Subway around!

If I could leave ZERO STARS I would. As soon as me & my fiance walk in, worker yells at us that he isn’t taking coupons (he must of seen it in my hand) So I said no problem we’ll place an online order. I had a promo on the app for B1G1. Sat down & we placed order. 2 mins later the app says my order has been cancelled & I will recieve a refund in a week. I go up to him and asked why it was cancelled? He said oh technology issues. I go ok well can you honor this promotion because we were short on money and it still took it out! And he said no unless he sees receipt on his screen. I showed him my phone & the receipt , he continued to argue that the order never came through. I asked for a manager & he said there isn’t one. So associates are just working the store by themselves?? So upset with this whole experience! But after reading other reviews for this location guess I’m glad it didn’t work out!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY HERE.

Place sux. The owner who makes the subs will chince you on the meat. He doesn’t like coupons and will tell you right away what subs aren’t eligible with the coupon. Place is filthy and smells like a toilet. Never again at this
