I’ve given this location plenty of chances, but it’s been disappointing time after time. My order gets messed up far too often, and it doesn’t feel like the staff really cares about accuracy or customer experience. Even when mistakes are pointed out, there isn’t much urgency to make things right.
Fast food doesn’t have to be perfect, but it should at least be consistent. Unfortunately, this Taco Bell has shown the opposite.

My tacos were almost bare and my tortillas were stale. there was like 1 tsp of meat in my crunchy tacos and my quesadilla was just sauce with no chicken. I wouldn't never eat here again .

I ordered a Nachos Bell Grande meal. I have never had the Nachos this good. It had melted cheese instead of shredded cheese. This made the refried beans warm and instead of having a plate of nachos chips left, there was plenty of everything on all the chips. If Alicia the manager, can improve this dish, then I’m sure all will better in the future!

They are slow. Especially with the car in front of me having to order one of everything on themenu
Done going here. They mess up the orders everytime now. Today was short a taco, other taco was steak when asked for beef. Cantina chicken bowl w/ extra chicken. had 4 pieces of chicken, no rice. Must all be stoned up back there

Made an order with a correct receipt tho the quesodilla I ordered had literally nothing but a few peices of rice, and 3 peices of chicken.. so a toasted tortilla more or less.
