The drinks are weak, but the service is always good.

Went to their Halloween party (have for years), mainly for the Costume Contest that they’ve had every year prior at midnight. We get there at 10:30-10:45pm and they’re already doing it and wouldn’t allow us to enter it. The place practically cleared out once the contest was done so it was pretty dead at midnight. So they charge $20per person and wouldn’t let us in the contest that we look forward to every year. And the older guy bartender at the outside bar was already hammered very rude and creepy, made us uncomfortable. Plus, still trying to figure out how 3 alcoholic drinks ($16total) cost less than 2 alcoholic drinks & 1 nonalcoholic drink ($20).

Ate dinner there and they still charged a cover charge to see the band pretty expensive with cover and dinner no drink specials

Great place to go, great atmosphere & the service is friendly and always good entertainment, food and drink prices are reasonable :)

Great food and a fun place to see bands.
We go there often to see bands both indoors and outdoors. Their food is excellent, especially the pizza.

We booked a private event at The Cove recently. The staff working our event was great, they were very attentive with the food and drinks, clearing empty plates and cups from tables, and accommodating any requests we had. The food was delicious and the bartenders took care of my guests quickly, no line at the bar. Janet (The Cove's event coordinator/part owner) was wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend a private event at The Cove.

Nice place but could use some fresh ideas 💡
1. DJ night INDOORS on Fridays for the adults would bring revenue.
You are missing the 30 to 60s crowds that actually have the money to spend. Plus you are missing the active adults that like to dance. More dancing leads to more drinks being sold 😉

2. Hire out Dance bands.
Blues music along with folk music is depressing 😪
Happy faces bring more revenue.

3.Theme nights.
For the love of all you are supposed to be tropical. Create a night where you have different tropical specialty drinks with upbeat music to match.

We went to The Cove on July 12th to see the band Boomerang. Even though the temperature was in the 90's, the upstairs patio was relatively comfortable. Our server, Sam, was outstanding! She was extremely attentive and made many trips up and down the stairs bringing us our orders. The food was great, as was the band....and, no cover charge! We will be back.

Run away from this place they charge for everything. You ask for salsa they charge you for it. Fajitas for two they charge extra 5 dollars if you ask for chicken and beef. No place in Buffalo does this. All they do was play on their cellphones. To bad cause this place used to be good. DO NOT COME HERE

We went on a Friday evening in May. Deja Blu was playing inside that night. What a fun time. The band sounded great, service was good and our loaded nachos were very good. I'd return anytime.
