We could not recommend Grapevine Banquets more!! We had our ceremony and reception here on October 24th, 2025. From the very beginning, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. We worked closely with Krystina, who truly made us feel like family. I literally cried happy tears while touring the ceremony room and we knew instantly this was where we wanted both our ceremony and reception.
Every single person we worked with was amazing. Amanda, Liza, Beverly, the DJ, the officiant, and even the bartender were all kind, attentive, funny, and genuinely caring. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and made for stunning photos. They took what we had envisioned and brought it to life seamlessly.
One of the biggest reasons we chose Grapevine was because it is all-inclusive, and that decision gave us so much peace of mind. We didn’t have to put an overwhelming amount of mental effort into planning and they handled everything with care and professionalism and made us feel completely secure trusting them.
The food was phenomenal!! It was truly some of the best we’ve ever had! Our family and friends are still talking about it, and several are already considering using Grapevine for catering at their own events. We alsp appreciated that Krystina, Amanda and Liza checked on us before, during, and after both the ceremony and reception, making sure everything went smoothly. We even recieved a call a week after ake sure everything was as we envisioned!
A moment that will always stay with us is how Krystina took extra time to sit with our nervous flower girl and ring bearer before the ceremony. She spent about 15 minutes calming them, talking with them, and helping them feel comfortable, something that went far beyond her job description and meant so much to us.
The price point was excellent, especially for an all-inclusive venue. What truly sets Grapevine apart, though, is their warmth and the way they make you feel at home. Anyone can plan a wedding, but not everyone can make you feel cared for while doing it and that is something Grapevine has truly mastered. We will absolutely be back to celebrate future life events here!

This was my first experience using The Grapevine or any banquet center. What a relief! They really do oversee everything including food choices, additions to the lovely table settings they offer, taking care of extra work that our club has normally done in a rush by itself. We called them multiple times with detailed questions that they addressed nor were they irritated by our constant anxiety.
The lobby is lovely, parking and restrooms are plentiful, a large coat room near the entrance. Our room set up was lovely and in a useful traffic pattern. Easy access for vendors or bringing in . All staff members were helpful and pleasant. Food service was timely and delicious. Staff continuously asked if they could help in any other way? Highly recommend this banquet facility for your future special events and peace of mind!

Recently I attended a Christmas party for Arc of Erie county. All of the attendees were special needs. Some required there dinner to be pureed. We were put in a storage closet and not allowed access to running water to rinse or clean the equipment. It was a real problem. I'm requesting to be on the committee next year and if I have a say you will not have the privilege of hosting our gala. Also the food portions were small and dessert was im sure what was agreed to. 25 dollars plus tax and gratuity. No coffee was supplied. The mother of a beautiful young man.

We came here for an event and let’s just say the food was a disgrace!!! Mashed potatoes and chicken nuggets???? No vegetables no desert and the adult portion tasted like air fried cheap chicken breast very disappointed the caterers were unprofessional tossing our plates on tables like we puppies complete 00/10

Just left from here for a little league football banquet. The staff was extremely rude. The food was disgusting and the chicken appeared to be undercooked. If my sons football team decides to utilize this venue next year ..I will not be purchasing a ticket.

I was attending a fundraiser for a charity near and dear to my heart. Well run, clean, parking was good d sipte 800 people in attendance. Only complaint is the loudspeaker/audio system sucks. Sounds garbled, does not project well

We had our wedding at the end of August this year at the Grapevine and it was amazing. We went with the Diamond wedding package. It included a standard photo booth with props and the DJ/lighting, etc. Had our ceremony in the smaller room off to the right when you walk into the building in addition to the reception room. The food was incredible. We received so many compliments about the food for days following the wedding night. Krystina and Liza are amazing. Beverly was so helpful with all of the little last minute details and adjustments that were needed. Zero regrets with our choice for Grapevine Banquets for our wedding ceremony or reception !!! Also loved that our wedding was a Sunday night and ended up being the only wedding that night.

Our experience at Grapevine Banquets was flawless and perfect!! I hosted my daughter's Baby Shower on November 1, 2025. Our initial meeting with Amanda just gave off this vibe that Grapevine was going to be the venue we chose for our event!! Bev made the final touches seem effortless. Kristina who welcomed us the day of our event was incredibly helpful and calming! Our food selection was meatballs in red sauce, Italian Breaded Pork chops, mashed potatoes and a veggie . They also had cheese and crackers prior to lunch service. Food was delicious, warm and filling! Thankful for your Gluten Free Meals as well. Our guests had ZERO complaints about the food nor did I !! Thank You doesn't seem enough for how amazing our event turned out!! Definitely would recommend Grapevine to Family and Friends!! Thank You for being part of my daughter's special day and helping us welcome this blessing to our family!! 🩵🩵🩵

We had our wedding reception there Oct. 25th 2025. It was everything we hoped for and more. Working with them was so easy. Any questions I had were answered quickly. It was easy to get a hold of someone. The staff leading up to the event, and the serving staff the day if we're amazing. Our server went out of her way to ensure my 6yr old was comfortable as she was a little anxious at our party. The owner and family were helping out and oversaw our event. The food was great, staff super friendly, dj was great! I cannot say enough good things about this place, I could carry on for days. Highly recommend! Honestly such an amazing deal for everything that was included. Thank you guys so much!

My husband and I had our vow renewal and reception at Grapevine Banquet Hall yesterday, and the entire experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The communication with everyone involved—from the very beginning until the end—was exceptional. The officiant, DJ, bartender, and the entire Grapevine staff were amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was stress-free and asked all the right questions to ensure our night would be perfect—and it truly was, even better than we imagined.
We chose a buffet style dinner with chicken parm, beef steak (so tender!), green beans, mashed potatoes, fresh rolls, potato salad, and a fresh salad. Everything was incredibly fresh, delicious, and well-seasoned. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food, the beautiful facility, and the great time they had. Even today, we’re still hearing compliments!
We couldn’t have been more pleased with everything, and we highly recommend Grapevine Banquet Hall to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with amazing food and outstanding service.
