What an amazing Tim Hortons! I went in around 7:00pm the other night expecting the workers to be miserable and dreadful like many other Tim Hortons at this late time, but nope! The young blonde man and blonde girl working together were so awesome! I wish I could’ve caught their names because they were fantastic! You can tell they actually enjoy working there! They were laughing, cracking jokes and smiling all while working fast and professionally! My drink was perfect! Iced Cappucino Supreme (Oreo). They made the place feel welcoming. Definitely a good team. My new go-to Tim Hortons for my Iced Cappuccino Supreme (Oreo) before work! Great work you guys!

Going through the drive through, the woman working the window just seemed bothered by customers in general. Don't like your job or customers? Find another job! Ill never go to this location again. Sunday 8/3 at 3PM. Whoever works the window......awful customer service. Just awful. Very rude too just because she couldnt hear my through the speaker. Very disgusted.

Skimping on the bacon on the BEC sandwich every time I go there. One singular piece of bacon that doesn’t even cover half the sandwich is not enough… every other Tim Hortons location makes them perfectly, this one is not it.

Employees don't show up for work and the business stay's locked on the inside until someone does. 5am opening doesn't nessasaraly mean they'll let you in.

I went inside at 853am to get 2 donuts. I waited for over 6min before anyone actually took my order. There were 4 people working. The drive thru person was just standing around, another person was making coffee, someone was making food and a person kept coming up to refill donuts. Everyone kept saying they would be right with me but nobody was helping. I was the only person in line. Why does it take so many people to work drive thru? When I was finally helped it was by the girl who was making food. She kept her gloves on and took my money then proceeded to hand me change back. She then went to get my donuts with the same dirty gloves and then went back to her station to make food. Never once did she change gloves. Absolutely disgusting. I was too floored to say anything. Your staff needs to be taught proper food handling practices.

Literally the worst service I have ever received. Wouldn’t cut the sandwich for my 3 yo child. Couldn’t reprint my receipt as they did not give it to when I paid. Told me I needed mental help, they were going to call the cops on me. Scaring at me. Middle finger up at me as I was recording in my
Phone. Rudest girl ever.

The lady at the drive thru was rude and seemed like she was trying to rush me out even though I was the only customer in the drive thru. I politely explained that I have a severe dairy intolerance and to please confirm my drink would be made with the correct milk. I had to ask three times before she actually changed it! All for my drink to still be made with regular dairy milk. Never again.

They skimped me on two sandwiches. I bought two steak sandwiches, costing $14. I take them out of the wrapper and there’s an abysmally small amount of meat. Other Tim’s I have gone to have given fair portions for their food. This location does not. For two sandwiches I received about the same portion for one compared to just about every other location I have been to. Best to avoid this location so as to not get ripped off.

It was very busy but the workers were courteous. The cashier was probably 16 and dealt with an angry customer behind me with care. Probably could use some more staff during the busiest hours.

2nd time this month employee made my bagel wrong and it's trash. It's 11/26/24 3:30 pm I'm getting a replacement tomorrow 11/27/24, same time. There's no excuse to not listen to order and read the screen. Btw answer your phone so I can get my replacement!
