2nd time this month employee made my bagel wrong and it's trash. It's 11/26/24 3:30 pm I'm getting a replacement tomorrow 11/27/24, same time. There's no excuse to not listen to order and read the screen. Btw answer your phone so I can get my replacement!

Girl who usually is working front counter (Amy) and drove through (Joann) constantly are making my fiancée and I late for work every morning talking to customers that have already been served for 20-25 minutes at a tome before even attempting to serve or take our order.!

We are customers of Tim Hortons on 4849 in Depew NY. We have been in there quite a few times a week. Each time doing the week there are only two employies waiting on customers at the window & registers. They are very very busy & we have to wait for are order along time!!!!!!!!! It's frustrating seeing these employies working there ass off & getting upset, specialy during lunch time!! There is one employee who work there who is a wonderful person & employee her name is Cat!! I sorry to say this but if she ever decides to leave you guys will regret it very much!! Sincerely!!!

I ordered a bacon and egg biscuit and got a muffin, then I told them and they remade it with uncooked bacon. When I entered it was a bunch kids joking and laughing.

This is the worst Tim Hortons to go to in the area !! The grilled cheese is literally always a piece of barley toasted bread and a chunk of unmelted cheese. Also for it being a coffee place and a very common one you would think they would know how to make simple coffees or actually stirr the coffee. Tried a few times to give them the benefit of the doubt but nope it is always bad

Cari seems to make all of the workers miserable as well as customers. Never have i experienced such a rude person every single morning she is there. She has horrible customer service and doesn’t seem like she even wants to be there. This is around the 3-4th time I have noticed her attitude. Once yelling at one of the girls who now I am apologizing to. Don’t come into work if you’re going to be that rude all morning long, or take the afternoon shift.

Came in for a quick lunch with my husband. Ordered two lunch meals. Then looked around, this location is absolutely filthy. The counter in front of the register hasn't been cleaned in some time. Counters near coffee makers are all full of dried coffee and condiments. The counter where she made our sandwiches was covered in food scraps from previous orders. Dining area is filthy, all tables dirty and food all on the floor. We are the only people in here and I see six people behind the counter, all doing not much of anything. Worse Tim hortons I've been to. Won't come here again.

I can live with mediocre over priced food. I will not tolerate bad customer service. The staff are terrible at almost all Tim Horton’s, but especially this one. You would think employees aren’t trained at all.
Forgot about complaining via website…you will not get a response…ever.

So i go get a large iced mocha and 2 chocolate chip cookies when i tell you im still pissed off...i asked for extra chocolate in my mocha It was like they use all the sugar in the store..the cookies was so hard it felt like i chipped a tooth and they were ignorant get a new baker and a new crew their terrible
