What an amazing Tim Hortons! I went in around 7:00pm the other night expecting the workers to be miserable and dreadful like many other Tim Hortons at this late time, but nope! The young blonde man and blonde girl working together were so awesome! I wish I could’ve caught their names because they were fantastic! You can tell they actually enjoy working there! It was very busy but the workers were courteous. The cashier was probably 16 and dealt with an angry customer behind me with care. Probably could use some more staff during the busiest hours.

January 2025

2nd time this month employee made my bagel wrong and it's trash. It's 11/26/24 3:30 pm I'm getting a replacement tomorrow 11/27/24, same time. There's no excuse to not listen to order and read the screen. Btw answer your phone so I can get my replacement!
