went in store got dozen assorted Timbits & med coffee and out I went. No Problem!! At that time drive thru is busy with everyone going to work.
Every other time I go the drive-thru, they manage to screw up my order. 50% inaccuracy is a very terrible score to have for an establishment with limited menu choices. I should not have to take time out of my schedule calling about a botched order. The management should make sure that this does not happen and employees are trained accordingly to fulfill the order accurately and efficiently.
