So the intercome that you place your order at never works today alone at 258pm until 308pm i waited one car behind me left then another and another the 2 in front of me just drove thru. Terrible customer service ..people themselves are very nice but the equipment they are provided is broken 95% of the time..just terrible

I sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes without a person talking to me, and when I pulled around to leave because it wasn’t worth it, all I saw was the drive thru person on their phone and then making gestures at me. This is easily the worst Tim’s in Buffalo. Don’t go there unless you have 10+ mins to wait for someone to talk to you.

I’ve never been able to squeeze and sausage and cheese English muffin and it drips on my hand till now, grease literally soaked through. If you want incorrect, bad quality food, being rushed this is your place to go.

every single time they are always out of something. they are always in a bad rushy mood and are miserable, if you are that unhappy with your job then quit, and stop making customers uncomfortable. went in the morning today around 11 and they were out of plain bagels and bacon??? literally how is that possible. and waited at the speaker box for 5 minutes while i had 2 other cars behind me. they also never have hash browns. they should be baking stuff when they run out, and stop being lazy it’s not that hard to do your job.

Breakfast bagels are always good. Hash browns never taste good. Coffee is always burnt tasting & never tastes how I ordered it. Some of the staff are really nice.

I just been there a couple of times. And every single time a get Dissatisfaction and disappointment any ways I ORDERED COFFE idk What kind of COFFEE They are giving us But the TASTE is Bad Is BiTTER and it seems to be OLD COFFEE they Coffe they are using is Not FRESH and is not TImhortoms coffee . I’m NoT GOInG Back to that place EVer again if you guys don’t want to start your day with a BAD COFFEE trust me . And besides They never have anything NOt DONUTS Not avocado not cream cheese they never have anything is this place . If I could Give them 0 Stars I would .

The young kids working here are very difficult to get to do things that are customer friendly I have to coach them to give me napkins with my messy bagel or put a sleeve on my coffee that I ordered through the system extra ice in my tea when I say extra ice I shouldn't have to beg every time I come through the drive-thru to get things the right way I just came through here on Thursday August 29th at 3:30 p.m. order a bagel toasted with butter the Bengals barely toasted at all the butter will not even melt on it! Please coach up your young staff to do the right things and how to work properly. PLEASE! Additional comments because I can't respond to the owners comment........ The younger group is very slow to respond to you at the drive-thru I sat there for at least a minute before I asking if someone there? When the younger worker talks to me he's a male maybe more than one responds to me as " hey man" " thanks man" just hire me for a few hours to catch up the staff they will be great! It's all about being treated the way you would like to be treated.

Tired of being rushed when I try to make sure they have my order right, get rushed through the window so I don’t even have a chance to ask for a receipt, and STILL get the wrong thing even after they cut me off while I try to confirm my SIMPLE coffee. Awful experience.
