Somehow, the orders are never correct and then when you try to correct them, the employees say that you ordered it wrong, even though you have receipts or an app showing that it was Ordered correctly. Also, why am I paying for cream cheese that is almost nonexistent on a bagel?

I went to pick up my mobile order. While waiting for my order the young man Royal checked in and said it would be just a few minutes. Bev threw the bagel on the counter and says Heather your order is ready. And I told her I had 3 drinks plus donuts and tinnitus. Bev turns to me and says that’s not my job he can do it. Bev asked this young man if he messed up again and berated him not only in front of me but the other staff and customers. To say her comments and tone made me uncomfortable was an understatement. I asked for a refund but wanting to hear any more of her nastiness to a another rmployee. Jordan the girl at drive thru at this time told me they don’t refunds and take it up with mobile ordering. That Jordan felt the need to interject with that but not to stop the bullying of another employee was pretty surprising. At this point an employee from the back came out and gave me my refund and suggested I call about the situation because she could hear Bev yelling at him which made her come out.

Employee Ava working at the counter should be put on a different task. When I walked in to pick up an order, she blatantly lied to me by saying the order just came in. On a list of previous printed receipts, mine was at the top of the receipts saying the order must have been there for a few minutes. Instead of being concerned with work, employee was on her phone. Then she finished her text prior to making the order that should have been started. While in process of making the order, the manager on staff asked if she wanted to go home early. Instead of finishing the order, the first thing Ava did was pick her phone up. No washing hands in between. Then she finished grabbing the muffins on the order. Absolutely disgusting and abhorrent workplace behavior

So the intercome that you place your order at never works today alone at 258pm until 308pm i waited one car behind me left then another and another the 2 in front of me just drove thru. Terrible customer service ..people themselves are very nice but the equipment they are provided is broken 95% of the time..just terrible

I sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes without a person talking to me, and when I pulled around to leave because it wasn’t worth it, all I saw was the drive thru person on their phone and then making gestures at me. This is easily the worst Tim’s in Buffalo. Don’t go there unless you have 10+ mins to wait for someone to talk to you.

I’ve never been able to squeeze and sausage and cheese English muffin and it drips on my hand till now, grease literally soaked through. If you want incorrect, bad quality food, being rushed this is your place to go.
