Ordered a bagel double toasted with butter, had to remind employee i asked for double toasted before pulling up to the window. Bagel looked like they actually double toasted it )maybe triple) but it was only partially buttered. Nothing like a rock hard bagel without butter to ruin a morning.

Very busy Saturday at 11:30 AM. Four people working and two working drive-through. Waited inside in line over 15 minutes to be waited on or acknowledged. No one noticed us when I asked if someone was going to be taken care of us girl working in drive-through said she will after she makes all the other orders Left. Very very poor customer service. No one even acknowledge us even said will be with you shortly.

this is one of the only Tim Hortons locations that doesn’t mess up my coffee and for that reason I continue coming here! however i’m not sure what changed in the last couple months but the service is SUPER slow now. like i’ve waited in the drive thru for 20+ minutes slow.

Amber was the greatest Employee she had EXCEPTIONAL service she was nice and she got my order correctly and i think you should give her a raise. everything else was terrible the bagel had a hair..... and MOLD???? IN THE CREAM CHEESE?

The young man taking my order was super rude. Not only did he talk down to me but he kept complaining about my confusion over his questions to his coworker until she told him to "get his banana hammock out of a bunch".
