I feel bad leaving this review as the staff at this location are always so kind! But in the past 2 weeks I’ve gotten a plain bagel with cream cheese at least 5 times due to pregnancy cravings. Each time, I pay the extra $1 for “regular” cream cheese instead of light and most of the time this is what I get. There was ONE time I felt like they actually put on a little more than this amount and it felt like worth it to pay extra. Ever since, I continue to give them extra money just to end up with this amount of cream cheese. I’m sorry but if this is considered “regular” amount, what would a light amount of cream cheese look like? Because I can’t imagine putting on less than this. Sincerely, a pregnant woman that just wants some cream cheese on her bagel when she pays extra to get it!!

Almost 2 hrs before close and the dining area was closed and they had NOTHING as far as food. We were told that they already threw out all the food, including donuts and would only serve us beverages.

5 / 6 mins in line with out moving, when I finally get to the window they gave me a sandwich/I order a coffee, then when I complained about the wait and wrong order another employee shut the window in my face , so I after left I realized I didn’t receive my change ! And to top it off my coffee order was wrong. People in the drive through with large orders should have to go inside .this wasn’t worth it for over priced coffee/ if I could have left Azeri star I would have

Apparently the owner dies not know or care that ny st health dept states that all persons are to use hats,caps,or hair nets while working with food. Beards also fall under the category of "hair" and are required to be covered with a net. There is one employee that works there that is constantly scratching and playing with his beard while handling the food this is so unsanitary. I saw this once and never went back.
