I do love Tim Hortons but this specific location was not the best. I ordered one of the refreshers and I could barely taste it it was water. Then I ordered a doughnut and it was half the size as last time I got it which was a week ago.

The employees there aren’t clean. They don’t use gloves and for the strawberry kiwi drink they used old fruits and one of the employees smokes.

The 2 men working the drive thru window today (4/27/24 at 11:50am) were extremely kind. There were ducks next to the window that my daughter in the car was waving to, the gentleman working noticed and he came to the window with safe snacks to feed the ducks that my daughter would be able to give them. Now for a 7 year old… that brightened her whole day! They were fast, food was excellent, and the customer service was a 10/10! This location is the best!!

Absolutely the worst service. I went and ask for what I get every day wich is a med 4x4 with a dome lid...I pull up and the cofee doesn't have a dome lid, even tho I asked for it I asked the lady nicely, do you think I can get a dome lid... at this point the vibe was not a good one..I pulled around to put the lid on and it was too big..I said no problem even tho I had to wait in the drive thru line again...I asked her for a dome lid that actually fits and with an attitude she snatched the coffee and told me she gave me a lid that fits as if I have nothing better to do then to be at tim hortons all day asking for right sized dome lids...I asked to speak to a manager because she actually went back and forth with me saying she gave me the right size as she's frustratingly pushing down on different lids and even then she couldn't get the right one...of course this 60 year old lady that had no communication skills said she was the manager... if you want to have a nice day my advice is go to Dunkin doughnuts..js what's really sad is that I actually drive out my way cus I did like that tim hortons better then the one near my house...if you have an attitude don't go to work or don't take it out on a customer that's always nice.
