Absolutely the worst service. I went and ask for what I get every day wich is a med 4x4 with a dome lid...I pull up and the cofee doesn't have a dome lid, even tho I asked for it I asked the lady nicely, do you think I can get a dome lid... at this point the vibe was not a good one..I pulled around to put the lid on and it was too big..I said no problem even tho I had to wait in the drive thru line again...I asked her for a dome lid that actually fits and with an attitude she snatched the coffee and told me she gave me a lid that fits as if I have nothing better to do then to be at tim hortons all day asking for right sized dome lids...I asked to speak to a manager because she actually went back and forth with me saying she gave me the right size as she's frustratingly pushing down on different lids and even then she couldn't get the right one...of course this 60 year old lady that had no communication skills said she was the manager... if you want to have a nice day my advice is go to Dunkin doughnuts..js what's really sad is that I actually drive out my way cus I did like that tim hortons better then the one near my house...if you have an attitude don't go to work or don't take it out on a customer that's always nice.

They've an extremely friendly staff. They're much less busy than the other tim hortons on Transit Road. They make all the food to perfection and to spite being short staffed as of late they still pump perfect coffee and food out and an extremely impressive rate. Absolutely the best Transit Tim Hortons and the second best overall in the area.

Disappointed that only those who use the app can get discounts. Love the ice caps.
The workers dropped plastic lids all over the dirty floor. I saw my half made drink placed on the floor in order to pick up the lids that were not thrown away. When I received my food and drink, I felt uncertain about cleanliness.It seemed a huge request to ask for napkins, and then I was only allotted two. Also, my donut was thrown on top of my sandwich, all sqooshed into a bag. As soon as I put the bag on the passenger seat, the donut rolled out! This place is too cheap! Do not go here! The worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to!This franchise should be taken away from the current owner.
