This Tims Hortons in Depew 6339 transit is my favorite. The service is awesome and the workers are kind. Always love the morning staff during the week. Saturday went there and Jaz was awesome very pleasant nice and amazing customer service. She smiled and was very polite. This why i love going to this one. They get your order correct without any issues. Jaz thank you for your awesome service. Keep up the good work

Changing my review to 4 stars because I’ve never had any other issues at this location. However, it did take 2 attempts of reaching out to get a refund which is a shame since I literally just paid and never got my order.
Ordered ahead at this location on 5/26 only to arrive to silence at the drive through ordering. I drove up to the drive through window only to have it say they closed early due to getting their parking lot paved. Why did the app allow me to take order and take my money? Also you should’ve hung up the sign at the actual ordering so me and many other customers didn’t stand there for several mins waiting to order! Sent a request to get my money back on the app. Still haven’t heard anything about that. I’m glad you guys were able to make some money from your customers and still be closed! I’m sure I’m not the only one that drove away without their order when they ordered on the app.

Shout out to Melissa! Arrived here today around 11am. While some employees stood around, Melissa was responsive. Took my order, cleaned the tables and bathrooms. Again, while other stood around.
Do you know why we cannot find any good workers? There is no compensation for those who perform better then others.
Tim Hortons, take this opportunity to help Melissa Thrive to your greatest capacity, if she has the work ethic she does now at her current pay, could imagine how well she could manage more? If you dont take this serious, I hope Melissa does and moves on to start her own very successful business. Her worth is there.
Sadly, I dont think the francise is doing much to compsenate the hard workers. Let alone notice the slack they pick up because the lame ones.

I go here during the morning rush, maybe once a week and it’s usually quite busy. Staff is generally friendly, but my order (a bagel, toasted twice, with butter) is right about 1/10 times. Sometimes it’s partially right, and sometimes it’s like I got somebody else’s food. I get that it’s busy, but that’s the job. And the order is rather simple. I pass about three other Tim’s on the way to work, and the traffic to get in and out of them is rough, so I’ll probably just go to Dunkin.
