This Tims Hortons in Depew 6339 transit is my favorite. The service is awesome and the workers are kind. Always love the morning staff during the week. Saturday went there and Jaz was awesome very pleasant nice and amazing customer service. She smiled and was very polite. This why i love going to this one. They get your order correct without any issues. Jaz thank you for your awesome service. Keep up the good work
This is a great Tim Hortons location! They have always been friendly and had great consistency with their coffees and food I’ve ordered. Hannah S is particularly helpful and welcoming. Thanks everyone who works there for making this a great place to stop in!
Changing my review to 4 stars because I’ve never had any other issues at this location. However, it did take 2 attempts of reaching out to get a refund which is a shame since I literally just paid and never got my order.
