“Just came to say this is one of their best locations in the entire chain. Most others have gone down hill. The extremely professional (from what I have seen) all female staff always has prompt and courteous service. After seeing how they handled a quite difficult customer on 12/23 I had to come leave my long overdue review.“

“I live in Rochester but ANYtime I go to Buffalo, it's a must to stop in The wings (and all the different sauces) are on point! My favorite sauce is the cajun honey barbecue. I've also had the haddock, shrimp and the salmon cheese steak is to die for!!! Do NOT sleep on this gem. P.S. the cook also caters!!!“

“Have had several different "Subs of the Month", and loved them all. Haven't tried their fish fry yet, but my son says they are great. Location just around the corner and down Abbott Road a bit. Try them....you'll love them.“

“Food was excellent! I had the wings in medium wing sauce and they were cooked to perfection! The burgers the kids ordered came out looking good and were plated with plenty of fries. My wifeordered a turkey club with fries that she said was good. Everybody enjoyed their food. The host was friendly and attentive!“

“This location is a fairly new place and I was not familiar with this chain. I was impressed by their mission statement which is located on the wall. Their smoothies are delicious. And the food choices are very good and some beautiful, healthy alternatives.The staff is extremely friendly and this location is very clean. They even offered a free smoothie with a $25 gift card. Which is an outstanding offer since the smoothies are about $8.
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to get in all at floor level. Which makes it extremely easy for wheelchair access.“

“I'm not sure why there seems to be a bunch of negative reviews because I really enjoyed the rice bowl with lamb gyro.It's a bit like Chipotle but with Greek style food.The staff was professional and courteous, the food was tasty and healthier than most other takeout restaurants. I would definitely return if in the area again.“

“First time customer. Will 100% be going back. Walked in with questions. Terry was great help. Recommend a steak rice bowl with dill sauce. Amazing. Pita bread on the side and a drink. A little pricey but very much worth it for the service and food.“

“I’ve been here a handful of times before. In the afternoon it’s always one of two gentleman working, and they are both always more than pleasant. Today’s experience prompted me to leave the review. Food is excellent, and the guy working better be the gm or at least some type of management because he’s great. Makes you feel right at home and is very clearly a hard worker. Will gladly be back. 6/4 @2pm“

“It was good food! Not sure what else to say about it.
It's a chipotle style place, where you can pick and choose what you want. The food was fresh, well cooked (not too dry, not undercooked), seasoned well, and a place we would stop by again if we ever pass through again.
Definitely a place I'd recommend for someone trying to avoid fast foods“
