I ordered the Texas Prairie Platter, and asked for the fries to be well done - The fries I got were still light tan and COLD. They weren't even hot enough to melt the slabs of cheese they tossed onto them. Only the heat from the sauce softened it a bit. On top of that, I have to question whether I actually got 2 full hotdogs, and if what little I DID get were Sahlen's. It was just a poor experience all around.
We stopped in for lunch today. We got the special - Hots and onion rings. Fantastic. The food was great, everything was spotless and the waitress couldn't have been friendlier. We'll be back.
