This McDonald's was by far the most disgusting and ill kept place I have ever had the misfortune of eating at the only reason we stopped was my mom wanted to get the kids food after we had just gotten them done seeing the doctor for a scheduled check up the floor looked like someone took a leak on it the tables were nasty and looked equally as bad as the floor did food was like char cloth with no taste unlike how most McDonald's have that salty sweet taste this had nothing but bland and burnt my kids didn't even want to eat most of they're food

I have NEVER I mean NEVER HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE experience at the McDonald’s than the one I had in derby ny, started off horrible in the drive thru window, she asked if we were using the app, we said, no and she responded rudely what do you want?! breakfast give us a sec, and she talked over us and rudely said “ well, I don’t know what YOU want!!! “ I had shared at that point that she was not being kind, and not using good customer service. We got to the window and everything was ok, she needed to make more coffee and had us pull up, she brought out the coffee and was trying to give a bigger coffee than ordered…we said no thank you, we ordered a med for a reason….she started screaming because we addressed he rudeness at the speaker. She went back inside and never came back with our coffee so I went in and she started screaming and wouldn’t stop telling us we are extremely rude people. I told her I’ve never been treated so rudely in my life. I asked another employee to get me a medium coffee. She was still screaming when I left.

Very lazy. No toys in kids meals, I ordered two cheeseburgers I always want everything on them but I got one with no ketchup mustard onion or pickle on it and the other one only mustard and ketchup so weird and just not a good McDonald’s
The worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I’ve waited over 25 minutes multiple times for simple orders.

What is not good that you could say about mcdonald's, I'm still looking, almost everyone I've been to his very impressively similar , there is one though in Buffalo on Niagara Street between Ontario and Hertel drama food is not so great sometimes and you're going to wait wait wait whether you're in line at the drive-thru or standing at the counter, that's why I go for a nice drive 20 minutes away get to see the scenery and have a better experience at the McDonald's on Route 5 in Derby Angola.

Ice Cream machine is always broken every time we stop by. This is one time too many. They can do without our business and by the looks at the multiple negative reviews they don't do much business at all.
