My family and I were visiting from out of state and just looking for a place to eat, but the service here made it feel like we were regulars. A gentleman who I assume is the manager was extremely kind and helpful, not only to us but to everyone else in the building at the time. The kitchen was efficient, and everything came out well and quickly. It was a great experience where one would normally just expect mediocre service.

What is not good that you could say about mcdonald's, I'm still looking, almost everyone I've been to his very impressively similar , there is one though in Buffalo on Niagara Street between Ontario and Hertel drama food is not so great sometimes and you're going to wait wait wait whether you're in line at the drive-thru or standing at the counter, that's why I go for a nice drive 20 minutes away get to see the scenery and have a better experience...

the Derby McDonald's is probably the worst one I've ever encountered for months they couldn't make a fish fillet for weeks the shake machine was down
and then their toaster went down and they couldn't make any egg McMuffins
and even when they do they are hard and nasty terrible like they make hundreds of them at 6:00 a.m. and then they sit there for hours and hours
and even when everything is running okay they'll still mess up your order I'll look...
