I rarely write reviews, but my family’s recent visit to this restaurant was so disappointing, I feel it’s necessary to share. From start to finish, it was honestly one of the worst dinning experiences we’ve ever had. It’s been a month and I am still traumatized!
The food was beyond terrible. I ordered a soup that tasted like it came straight from a can – flat, overly salty, and totally unappetizing. Each dish that followed was overly greasy and lacked any real flavor. None of us wanted to eat their meal or take anything home. We literally left hungry.
It’s clear there was little care or quality in the ingredients or preparation. We left feeling completely let down. I can’t recommend this place to anyone who values a decent meal, and unfortunately, we won’t be returning. I’m am not sure how they even stay open!

We've had two takeout orders in a row made incorrectly. When I called on the 1st order, she asked if we wanted another, which is a useless question since we were already eating and would have to wait >30 minutes. I said "No, thank you" and she hung up on me. The 2nd order, my wife and I ordered two different salads. Both were exactly the same. Didn't bother calling. There are other places for takeout. Won't be ordering takeout from there anymore

Excellent food at a fair price and the service was excellent
Parking: Moore parking locations in back of billing with entrance to the dining room
Food is always great but this time we received no bread with our meals and the appetizer we ordered was forgotten. Our server came to us after we were almost finished with our dinners and stated that the order for our appetizer was forgotten and would we still like to have it. Of course we said no thank you..

We were seated immediately. Waiter came to table with in a few minutes and got our drink order. When drinks arrived we still had not decided on what we wanted. After waiting about 20 minutes we began looking for waiter. When someone came to bus table next to us she asked if we needed our waiter. She then said she would find him. Another few minutes before he came to table and took our order. It was not busy when we first arrived but did begin to fill up as we waited. Waiter was more attentive rest of visit.

We are regular customers, my wife loves their bread dipping sauce, found out today I could order to, was psyched, they gave us the bread , no dip, that stunk!

We have had good experiences in the past at this restaurant but this evening was different. I had dinner this evening at the Derby location with my family. We paid with our bank card and about 30 minutes or so after we left we started getting multiple fraud alert charges from our bank from an online site. The only place we had used this card that day was at this restaurant. I had called just to let them know that this happened and the person was dismissive and rude. They didn’t even want to hear it. Be careful and make sure you do not have any unexplained charges if you used your bank card here recently.
