Had double order of chicken wings an two different sauces. Wings were good size and cooked right! Not too crispy, not slimy! Congo sauce is a sweet and peppery flavor. Not spicy in my opinion but on the level of fresh ground black peppercorns. Also tried the maple bacon sauce which was cooked well and had a mild maple flavor but lacking in overall bacon flavor.
It was my first time last night. It happened to be wing night and they were busy at the time. I ordered the carribean chicken n coconut shrinp duo n sweet potato wedges. It was so good. I cant wait to do back and try something else.
Best wings. Found them at buffalo wing fest about 6 years years ago. The place to go for all sorts of flavors gator wings and sharkado are my favorite. They have many never heard of flavors along with your mild, medium and hot. They won Wing fest 2018. It was well deserve.
