I’ve heard “restaurant stories” about how food is mishandled. After going to this place, I believe them. Next time it will be Jersey Mikes
This place smells so bad.

I can't use coupon at this subway, I have to go somewhere else to use coupon, why should I go somewhere else when I have subway in my neighborhood, that sucks
Came at 11am on Wednesday and everything locked. I waited few mins, tried the number and nothing. Someone finally walked in and hasn't turned the lights on but is sitting on their phone behind the counter not prepping to open even though sign says 10am.

Why the pictures of another restaurant? Subway is not associated with Super Freeze. Both stores are on different blocks.
I found a metal piece in my sub. Never ordering from here again.

This place is a total joke. I ordered and paid through the app, including one o the newly advertise footlong pretzel. I arrive to pick it up and there's no pretzel. I could hear someone on the phone in the back. Waited about 10 minutes, saying Hello a few times, before she even came out to check to see if anyone was there. When I asked about the pretzel, she stated they don't have any. When asked how I can get my money back, she stated "I don't know, you can go on the app and contact customer service, we are privately owned". I get home, finally find a place on the app find where to contact them and put that in. I finally open my buffalo chicken flatbread to find there's no buffalo sauce. My husband ordered a salad with lettuce and spinach, and there was no spinach. I called the store and spoke with the girl again. She had a terrible attitude, stating they didn't have any spinach either. Fine, whatever, but you're telling me out of the 4 items I ordered, only 1 was correct? That's ridiculous! She never apologized , and acted like I was inconveniencing her. Again she told me to go on the app to get a refund! I have no idea how this place is still open. It used to be decent, with decent service and people who cared, even a little.

Sucks. The one employee they have is great , when you call its. Scam call for a Walmart gift card or retail rebate- no actual subway anything. They are always closed. They don't accept any coupons, they don't carry soup they are constantly out of items. And like I said not there. Says opened but not even a car in the driveway.
