Drive Thru was not good. They don't give you what you order. Always wrong and incomplete order was given. Not going to Tim Hortons any more.

This Tim Hortons is the peak of service I have never problems with orders being wrong, also you never really have to wait long for your order. Today I went and ordered two tea and they clarified if it was black not just making it up like other places. Such an amazing customer service.

came in to grab breakfast and the guy who took our order was so miserable. he rolled his eyes when my buddy added a second sandwich to his order and sighed so heavily and mumbled when we wanted a little extra cream added to an iced capp because it was darker than standard. the rest of the staff was great! but this guy has always been so miserable, unhappy, and unwelcoming whenever I go to this location. he never greets you, stares until you start talking, always sighs, grumbles, and clearly doesn't want to be there. I never catch his name but clearly he needs to adjust the attitude. I've worked in the coffee business for most of my working career. I know how it is, but this is also your job. you signed up for it.

I was just at the tim Hortons in derby on eire road. The guy who took my order was impatient and seemed annoyed that he had to wait a few mins for the app to load on my phone.he then proceeded to grumble about working on a Sunday. Safe to say I wont be coming back to this location in the future

I’ve came here before a few times and the service is very good but I’ve noticed mainly for the one male worker, I believe his name is Gabe. He always is doing a great job, always working fast. Getting all the work done. Always the friendliest worker there out of all. Doing the most for this place. Always so welcoming here. The food is good and the drinks are yummy.

I have been trying to order one of the new pizzas for the past 2 week. Every time I came it was around 6:30. They told me no. They shut their oven off for cleaning so came earlier like 630 and still get hit with a no, they shut the oven off. So I started going earlier about 6 o'clock 545. Then they say oh, we ran out of flat breads. Or they have some sort of excuse would not recommend business With them go to the one in Angola or the one in Hamburg.

I come here almost everyday and get a coffee. Every Tim Hortons I have ever gone too ....always asks if you would like a tidbit for my dog . Just came from there and the girl charged me 40 something cents for the tidbit . Really... It's Such A Big Deal.. Cant afford a tidbit when someone purchase's from you daily 😢. And the girl walked away real fast after asking her why everyone else gives them away . What's it really cost .. A single tidbit. It's really not even the point in purchasing one ... It's that you can't spare it to someone that's a daily customer?? Sad . I think I will go to the one on Southwestern Blvd . It's actually closer to me . It's All Good .. nice doing business with you 👌

Bought an ice cap found a piece of plastic in it then went the next day bought an ice cap and had a long string of hair in it. I’m done with this place.
Of all the Tim Hortons that I frequent, this one is my favorite. Whenever my wife asks for ice water, they always give her a large, and they always make the mocha properly and have fresh donuts. Even when they don't, very courteous staff.

You guys really need to learn how to crack an egg. Three times now I have bitten into my sausage egg and cheese biscuit that I get every morning before work, and have crunched into eggshell. It ruins my entire breakfast. 7 dollars for a hashbrown and sandwich I can't even eat.
