After a long weekend, decided to not cook and stopped into Shelly's. I've been here before for wings but it was my 1st wife's 1st time. I had the Nashville hot wings which were very good. My wife had a pepper jack cheese burger which was cooked to perfection. Nice selection of wing flavors to choose from. Just so happened we hit it during happy hour which had a dollar off drafts and on a Monday which had a discount on burgers. We are planning to go again.
We stumbled upon Shelly's while out for a drive. What a gem! Huge menu - hard to decide! BEST hamburger, cooked to perfection! Homemade soup was dee-licious! Yummy Reuben sandwich! Waitress, Autumn, was super - friendly, informative, attentive. Hard to believe such a great restaurant would exist in the small town of DeRuyter. Highly recommend!
Tooling though town after doing a job in the area we were tired and looking for a bite. Because we were not totally familiar with the dining options in town we decided to pull a quick U turn and check out Shelly's.We were NOT disappointed at all!
